Very poor experience. I cancelled my order after receiving an email from Molly Evers asking me to verify my measurements and consider ordering a custom dress which couldn’t be returned. I was skeptical when instead of my waist measurement they asked for my “waste” measurement. I did not want to custom order a dress without verifying the quality of fabric and construction of the garment. I received an email back from the company saying they would only refund 95% of my money and they were charging me 5% for a transaction fee. I will never order from this company again and do not think anyone else should either. UPDATE- Molly Evers offered and sent a full refund after the TrustPilot review.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding. It arrived alarmingly late, by which time I had found a dress. I am in the process of trying to send it back. This is proving really difficult. They’ve offered me £20 to keep the dress. Also advised I get a seamstress to change it! Now they’re ignoring me because I want to return it and get a full refund. TERRIBLE company. My molly Evers dress got sent somewhere I didn’t ever deliver it too? I have no idea where my graduation dress has been delivered to and I Emailed them but no replies, phone service off. I’m hoping for a quick response because this is ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, OR BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, LOOK CLOSE AT THE PHOTOS AS THE DRESSES ARE PHOTOSHOPPED ONTO THE MODEL. It isn’t clear from the website that the dresses are actually shipped from China, are really cheap quality and they make it pretty impossible to return. I had to pay £15 to ship the cheap dress back to China, and they deducted £10 from my order for “shipping”. An absolute disgrace. I would be really careful purchasing from this company. Shein quality goods. They offered me multiple discounts to keep the item and the email interaction was actually comical.

I ordered a very good looking suit for my husband. This was for an upcoming beach wedding in Hawaii. The order was placed in March-2026, and the wedding in June-2026. I was checking on the status of the package, and all it kept saying was in transit as April 21st. After my third inquiry I finally received an email stating that I package was lost in transit. So I requested an immediate refund, and was very disappointed with the outcome. The total order was $133 and some change. So they refunded me less the shipping & handling ($13.00). Mind you I never received the package so why in the hell would they deny me the full refund. I am now having to rush and assist my husband with purchasing another suit. For to mentioned that the suit was being mailed from Benj, China. I will never as long as I live and breathe order from them again. Be aware when ordering from this company. After reading your response to my review, I do not care to change my opinion of your company. Very disappointed that I did not receive what we were really hoping for. Thank you for my full refund. Again, I will never place an order with your company again regardless of who you are blaming or pointing the finger at.
We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with your order. After the package was shipped, the tracking information unfortunately stopped updating while the shipment was still in transit. During this period, we repeatedly contacted the logistics carrier and requested investigation updates regarding the package status. After approximately two weeks, the carrier confirmed that the package had been lost during transit. Once we received confirmation from the shipping company, we immediately contacted the customer to offer either a remake or a refund solution. Per the customer’s request, a full refund has now been processed successfully. We completely understand the frustration caused by this situation, especially considering the importance of the upcoming wedding event. While the loss occurred during transportation and was outside of our direct control, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate the customer’s patience during the investigation process.
Ordered a custom-measured dress. The dress came quickly. What I received looked like a shower curtain that was sewn together. The measurements were hilariously wrong. The waist measured 5 inches over what I requested. When I emailed them, they told me that they leave extra room to *allow for alterations.* This completely ignored the fact that I ordered CUSTOM measurements. I did not order a dress with "room for alterations." They refused a refund and offered me 10% off any future orders. BEWARE.
I love my dress. I ordered a dress for a family wedding and not even 24 hours later I received an email confirming measurements and expected delivery time. They were very kind and patient with me, plus the dress is gorgeous. I’m so happy with how it looks in general but also on my body! I had some shoes I never got to wear and was so excited when I saw they offered the dress in the same color. I got nervous that they may not match because sometimes the website doesn’t offer an accurate depiction of color but they are quite literally a perfect match. They also were able to deliver the dress sooner than promised. I’m very happy overall and my mother also asked me to save the site for future purchases. I will be back.

Do not buy! Their dresses are cheaply made for how expensive they are. They return policy is horrible, communicating by email and never offer a full refund. When I wrote a bad review after getting a 40 dollar partial refund, they offered me 10 dollars to take down the post! The business model is terrible!

This was the most beautiful dress I have ever worn. I loved it. It fit perfect because they helped guide me on size. The ties in the back allowed me to feel comfortable but also secure. This is a terrible drop shipping company in China that tries to make buyers believe it's a legit US business. Their products are junk, their images are AI, their reviews are fake, and if you get duped and decide to return their trash, they tell you that you have to pay to send it back to China.

I ordered a custom dress and the measurements were way off. I sent them proof by measuring the dress myself and the best they could do is offer me $10 for a dress I paid $85 on. I’m a size medium in women’s the dress fits like an XL. Also the material isn’t great. Looks cheap.
