I submitted a request about a week ago and no one responded to my request until I sent a second request today. My request was "overlooked." Thankfully, it was not an urgent request and I don't know what the difference was for the currency between last week and today. This is a bit disappointing.

Very easy to initiate wires. Speed in which they are sent out. Whenever I have a problem (which is rare) Sam and his team are johnny on the spot to help me. They will initiate the wires themselves to expedite. Would give Sam and his team a million stars.
