While I rarely speak to the same person twice, the staff at Monex are always anxious to please and oblige. ... but is Monex open to suggestions? How about a monthly statement showing the ending balances in our foreign exchange accounts?
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear that our team has consistently been helpful and eager to assist whenever you reach out. And absolutely — Monex is always open to suggestions. We truly value client feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service. Your idea of a monthly statement showing ending balances in your foreign exchange accounts is an excellent suggestion, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. We will be sure to pass this along to our team for consideration as we continue enhancing our reporting tools and client experience. Thank you again for your continued trust in Monex.
I have been doing business with y'all for many years. I feel comfortable in y'all being fair to me. Your employe, Peter Stoutjesdijk is very nice and he represents y'all in a fabulous way. I thank y'all for your help in my ability to send pound notes into my accounts in England. Thanks and Take Care. Call me with any questions or concerns at 912-236-2815. Jere S. Monex executes our transfers with unparalleled efficiency. Agents are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Previously we used our bank for our international wire transfers but switched to Monex since their rates are much better.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that our efficiency, knowledgeable team, and competitive rates have made a positive difference for your international transfers. We appreciate your trust in Monex USA and look forward to continuing to support your global payment needs.
Working with Monex is a sincere pleasure. Peter Stoutjesdijk and Bryan Cohen are outstanding. They not only know their business but also offer excellent market advice to help me make good decisions. I have worked with Monex for over 10 years and only reach out to them when I need guidance on the FX Markets.
