They don’t adhere to their owns contract
I made 3 payments in June well over the minimum payment The contract says you must make your payment AT or BEFORE your due date. Clearly I did. Their interest rate is absurd, but ai needed medication and do not have insurance bc of a layoff. I needed $300. I have $1500 in available credit and they said no. I could use my line of credit in 90 days of on time payments. Well…I’m not dealing with these people any longer. I suggest you don’t either. (Update) they just said my opinion matters, but in reality it doesn’t. I had a discussion with 2 people who said that even though I paid early, they always initiate ACH and my bank rejected it and asked if I authorized the charge. I didn’t. Then I was told they could give me one time “grace period” for one payment. It didn’t happen and when I called again, the rep told me there was no such policy. So….

Horrible company. Got irritated with me for asking basic questions. Got even more irrational when I asked why I'm being told 3 different things by 3 different people. Definitely wouldn't recommend them. Service horrible and the overall company horrible.
