The application process is over and over again. I have had to answer the same personal questions five times until I finally gave up. It's a scam to get all of your financial and personal information. Now I'm expecting to get a ton of unsolicited phone calls blowing up my phone. UGH!!!

Scammers And Liars

So, I will lay it out. Money Lion are 100% scammers. I canceled my membership, and they are still trying to get the membership fee from my account. I was paying $86 a month on a loan. Moneylion does not give you a loan. You have to pay Money Lion for nothing to get a loan. They say you can cancel, that's a lie, they say i owe them over $800 that i never got from them. So im filing a lawsuit, and i would like to know how many of you would like to join in. I am going to expose this to everyone, and they will pay. They owe me for two months of paying $86 i will get that back i and I want it back. And they are still trying to tale $19 from my account after I already canceled my account. The lie!!! And they are scammers!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!

Last night I applied and qualified for an amount. He mentioned that I had to reach out to Customer Service to verify my identity in which I did. They said that they couldn’t do anything anymore and I was confused because I got approved. All they have to do was verify my identity over the phone because that’s what it told me to do to reach out to customer service. Makes no sense.

Terrible and untrustworthy!!!

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star to Moneylion. Horrible and untrustworthy! I was scammed by this company. Moneylion will ruin your credit score and will not give you a loan that you applied for. If you apply for $1000 loan, you will receive only $100. Then you will have to pay every month until you put $1000 into your account, then you will receive this “loan”. Simply put you will receive your own money back. That’s how their credit reserve “loan” works. Moneylion will not give you a loan. You will have to pay Moneylion for nothing. They will ignore and block your calls. You will have to pay Moneylion $1000 just to be able to close your account. And it’s not easy too. They take fees on everything and charge your card even after closing your account. Your credit score will be ruined! Do not apply for a loan with Moneylion or you will regret it!!!

MoneyLion Reports False Information to Credit Bureaus

I paid off their "Credit Builder Loan" product. They failed to report the account as closed and paid-as-agreed. I disputed the account. This awful company actually responded to the dispute saying there is still a balance. They don't provide statements, so I have no proof. It's still on my credit report even thought I paid the full balance over 2 months ago. Do NOT do business with this company. Uninstall the app. I wish I had never signed up for an account with MoneyLion. Stay away! They will damage your credit even when you do everything right!

Compared to things like credit karma chime or anything like that money line is by far the best overall with customer service accessibility not too spammy I would recommend it highly over all the other apps even over current or any of them and I've tried them all thanks money lion

I used to love this app but recently they took a payment out on the wrong date which caused my bank account to be negative. No one has tried to help or apologize. They just leave the chat..ridiculous!

Money Lion is way more generous than any other pay advance. There are many ways to boost extra money that is outside the actual advance you take out. Lots of ways to earn extra money and ways to learn how to money manage. I am glad I found MoneyLion. Ive been a repeat customer for over a year now.

Absolutely horrible!! I had my phone stolen in Las Vegas and by the time I realized it was gone about 2 hours later they the theif had already applied for this card and others. This complaint was the only one I could not get ahold of to report the fraud absolutely no customer service
