Worsts packaging
There’s nothing wrong with the products but the boxes however seemed to have met their worst handling. Crumbled and squished. You guys charged a premium price for your product and delivery but using a parcel box to protect the product didn’t occur to you? First and last time ordering Moonkie. What is the difference ordering from you and taobao? In fact I’m going to spread the words to my mommies community.

I bought Logan
I bought Logan, the shetland coe backpack. I ordered this item for my grandson, who is too little to appreciate it but his parents do. The price was great, delivery time was surprisingly fast and the item quality is excellent. I will be purchasing one for my house too but instead of the gorgeous Shetland Cow, Logan, I am hoping to purchase the dinosaur backpack.

I was sending the gift for my friend. I read many comments about the parcels coming with delays and usually takes very long. I decided to try anyway. The parcel arrived in less then 10 days to London, the customer service was very kind and helpful when I sent email with questions, my friend is very happy about the quality of the gift.

It took a while for my order to ship, but once it shipped, shipping was very fast. Also, I did not receive a shipment confirmation from Moonkie until the day of delivery which was a little weird. I ordered something for a gift so I can't speak to the product quality at this time. It does rattle like the description said so that's promising.
