Moon Magic has beautiful jewelry and from what I've experienced good service. But this last order was a mess. I was trying to buy an essence ring and pendent for my friend for Christmas and was flagged for fraud using a Visa Gift Card. They asked for ID and a picture of the card. I sent them a picture of the visa gift card but no ID (because it's like using cash no ID necessary)because it's Visa gift card there is no name or identity attached to it. In turn they still wanted Id. I said no, they gave the reply "we need to make sure every information is correct so that we could process the order successfully." I told them it was correct. They still insisted.
What, I don't know my address or my name. They already removed the money off the Visa gift card, so really, what's the hold up. Anyway I guess I'll have to shop elsewhere now. Joe

The moon gemstone looked NOTHING like it does in the pictures. It looks like a white, dull, stone. There is hardly any blueish color, and no purple to it. The shipping was pretty quick and a decent price. I returned the ring.

Amazing pieces of jewellery. On site says Up To 30% off store wide items. The ring I was purchasing did not have any discount.
I then subscribed and created an account to recive the 10% discount. Used the code and the discount does not apply to the ring I purchased.
Great marketing strategy but very misleading. Very disappointed.
Waiting for my order to arrive. Hopefully the piece is as beautiful as displayed.

Jewellrey is low quality and uncomfortable to wear, it looks plastic and cheap. I would return it if I hadn't paid £40 in customs fees :(

I bought a combo pack and the rings are beautiful however, they sent me one of the rings too small :( I am quite annoyed because I also had to pay duty on it so now i'm going to have to send the ring back and they will have to send me another and who knows how long that will take now. This is a birthday gift :(

Considering the price point, the packaging is very low-quality. I am a bit embarrassed to gift the earrings in their original packaging because it looks that cheap. Also the moonstones are very cloudy and has little to none blue light. This looks like a 20 dollar gift but I paid over 100. Got these for a friend’s birthday.

I found my ring that I ordered in aliexpress and alibaba. With exact same pictures than moon magic... My ring still haven't arrived, and I'm anxious that I payed 100€ for 5€ ring.... I'm not sure about thr quality since my other rings from moonmagic are chep looking and are getting black.

I won't be purchasing again after seeing their warranty and returns policy. My ring has lost its stone and because its over a month old they can't help me at all.
Customer service were quick and very nice but awful returns policies means I won't be using them again.

Was not informed that they ship with dhl so i had to pay an additional 60 bucks on top of the shipping i already paid for. They should be honest and tell people that, or ship with ups or purolater. Wont buy from again.

Very pretty rings. Fit well. Quick delivery.
However, customs duties are to be paid in addition to the price of the rings (Moon Magic does not say) and they are very expensive (30.50€ for a ring priced at 67€ and 28.50€ for a ring priced at 57€).
When we contact Moon Magic to let them know that at no time is it specified that we have to pay customs duties if we buy products, they answer : "We'd still like to give you the below 2 options, should you decide to decline your package:
1. The package will be disposed off by your respective customs, in which case we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.
2. We can have the package returned to us and issue a refund, minus a return cost for shipping, taxes and restocking."
I find it is a shame that Moon Magic does not specify that taxes are to be expected if you buy on their site and that a full refund (price of rings + customs taxes) is not offered to dissatisfied customers.

Had the most incredible time ordering two different rings for Christmas 2020 - one for me, and one for my girlfriend! Customer service was nice when I ordered and asked about delayed shipping, they were very understanding. I got two moonstone rings, where one was the ritzy cut and one was a raw cut. However after only using the raw cut ring for special occassions for 6 months, the stone fell out of the ring! I tried customer service and their return policy and warranty only covers the first month of use. Extremely disappointing, as I paid almost 100$ for a single ring with gold plaiting, and it breaks. Customer service only provided 15% off next purchase for non-sale items. Sad to confess this was my first and last purchase.

I've been wanting to buy from them for ages now, finally decided to go for the Raw Crystal Ring - Moonstone, order 52271. My order has arrived now and I am shocked, it's nothing like the pictures, is just a simple clear/white raw stone - absolutely no reflection, no halo, no moonstone shining, no magic at all. U$50 in a transparent stone ring, looks like a piece of glass.

Wouldn't bother buying if in UK.
Ring was nice enough but sizing was a bit out, so had to return it to US at my cost which I didn't mind, but then I waited 2 months before I got told shipping to UK has since been suspended. Requested refund and they've not refunded postage.
So I've ended up paying for postage...twice...and received nothing. No skin off Moon Magic for poor service, they got the ring back and postage.
Stick with locals, too much hassle with returns from here plus expensive.

But in this case, there are too many other businesses involved and it is not something we can fix internally, it also depends on the carrier and on the customs in the UK. For now, until further notice, the shipping to the UK is suspended and the UK is removed from the shipping country list.

I haven't received my order yet - be aware that you will be charged over $30 for shipping if you live in Canada. It was estimsted to arrive 26 May 2021 and it hasn't left the US yet on 29 May 2021. I ordered 22 May 2021. I'm sure the piece will be lovely, however it's frustrating to expect delivery In 2-7 days and 7 days after ordering it hasn't left the originating country. If covid effects shipping so much, please adjust the estimated delivery date accordingly.
