The site is legit. It takes very long to ship but it does arrive. However unfortunately the quality of production is pretty bad, the stone in the ring got lost in the first few months as it is not properly fixed in but looks like partially glued.

I have bought a few rings from Moon Magic and they are beautiful. However, they sent the wrong item the last time I bought a ring. I reached out to customer service right away and they acknowledged that a mistake had been made. They refused to pay for the return shipping and would only refund me if I paid for the shipping (from Germany to the US so not that cheap). I will never buy another ring from them again. Edit: They responded that they refunded me, which they did not. They refunded 50% of the price of the original ring I had sent. I decided not to send the ring back because cost-wise it wouldn't have made a difference since the shipping would be so expensive.

Had my eye on this site for a long time, thought the rings were so beautiful. 5 months ago my partner bought me a moon stone ring, so delicate and stunning. After only 3 days of wearing it the stone came out. I was so upset, my partner emailed moon magic to express his disappointment, to which they replied quickly and offered another ring of similar value free of charge. We chose a different yet beautiful second ring. Delivery did take a while but this wasn’t really an issue. I was pleased with the ring when it arrived and wore it for a further 4 months always taking care of it, removing it whilst washing hands and showering etc. I started to notice a few weeks ago the colour of the Opal stone had started to change, it is now bright yellow (not very nice on the eye) and also one of the tiny stones has fallen out which is very noticeable. To say I take good care of the rings I am very disappointed, although the rings were not what you may consider “expensive” I have had “cheap” rings from high street stores that have lasted longer.

I ordered a set of rings silver with rose quartz and topaz. I have to say I am disappointed after looking at these rings online for months. Quality is not great. Thickness of ring bands very thin. The rose quartz doesn’t look like it does on the photos. Very pale not pink. Overall a bit gutted as saved up for these rings.

I bought the 'Vow' to stack with my fiance's 'soulmate' ring. The 'vows' diamonds are very small and the settings for the diamonds is much larger. Looks like little tiny diamonds inside of larger settings. Not satisfied.

Really disappointed as I received an opal ring as a birthday gift from my partner. I have barely worn the ring and the Opal has turned yellow. I have never got it wet and have received no help from staff, just told my warranty is over as it's only a 1 month return period and told I should dry out the Opal. Which I have repeatedly said has not gotten wet. Don't advertise that you sell jewellery you can't produce with a decent standard.

Wanted to exchange the ring I bought for my girlfriend for a smaller size. Free shipping is not covered for “that reason” I had to pay $18 to ship the ring back because I needed insurance on the package. The seat time between ordering and when they ship isn’t exactly speedy either. The quality of the first ring I returned seems good but time will tell on the second ring I had to order. This might become a 1 star depending on how long it takes for them to refund my money on the first ring I had to ship back to them.

Somewhat disappointing. I thought the ring would look more like the picture. I realize it's a raw gem, but mine was very long and skinny and I can see the big glob of glue they used to affix it to the ring. I was really excited about the ring after I ordered it, but now I'm kind of bummed. I would not have purchased this ring after seeing it in person.

Just received my rings after 3months of them being in transit, I have to say support is very good because they timely replied and offered to send new rings however I took PP refund and im glad I did because these rings are much smaller and thinner than I thought. They are not worth the full price nor any discounted one because they barely use any matherial, moonstones are cloudy, and those clasps holding the gemstones are extremely sharp so I can't sleep with the rings on because I can hurt my face during sleep. Overall very pretty rings, quality seems ok but they are not worth the price and the wait, all is produced in China and gives a feel of slightly more beautiful Wish/AliExpress ring

I ordered a ring on January 29. The seller clearly states 2-5 days delivery. It is now 11 days and I have yet to receive any shipping email etc that the company says they'll send. The shipping # given just says delayed. I can only hope it gets here by Valentine's Day and it's a good product. I will update once I receive it.
