Smooth and Hassle-Free
I recently used Moon Pay and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The process was straightforward, verification was quick, and transactions completed without any issues.
I am a novice at cryptocurrency and even I can use Moonpay.
I have been buying Bitcoin from Moonpay for quite some time now. I know absolutely nothing about Bitcoin except how to buy it and send it to a wallet. Very easy to do. I've never had a issue. It is in my wallet within minutes, just as they told me it would be. Highly recommend.
Delayed purchase made right
About a month ago there was a delay in my purchase of crypto. I got an apology and a bonus credit. Since then no issues but I appreciate Moonpay stepping up and acknowledging there was an issue and providing me with a credit. I think it was $5.00 which I didn't use but their acknowledging meant a lot to me.
