I was scammed out of almost $1200. I had no idea how to use the app, had someone walking me through it trying to help me recover my Facebook account (or so I thought). I am very furious that there’s no way to recover this money due to purchases on here being non refundable

Over half of my transactions decline…
Over half of my transactions decline and fail before even making it to my bank..it is very frustrating. I have already talked to bank and they are not even reaching them it is on the moonpay side..

This company should check who it’s working with and which website it’s using. I fell victim to a scam and MonPay wouldn’t hear of it because it claims to be merely an ‘intermediary’. Well, as an intermediary, and for the sake of protecting people, it would be good not to make money off the backs of poor people who are being scammed...

I was unsure how to use this at first
I was unsure how to use this at first, but it was quite easy to figure out. It connected immediately to the sellers website for payment and it was complete within a few seconds. You can also buy fractions of a bitcoin, which I did not know until recently, you don’t have to buy a whole bitcoin.
