I am done wasting my time with MoonPay's "verification" circus. I have been rejected multiple times for the exact same "reason": my bank statement doesn't match my invoice. Here is the reality: I receive payouts via Mollie. Mollie, like any payment processor, deducts a commission before sending funds to my bank. - My Invoice shows the gross amount. - My Bank Statement shows the net amount (after fees). MoonPay's "compliance team" is apparently too incompetent to understand that the difference between the two is simply a service fee. They keep rejecting my perfectly valid documents, claiming the numbers "don't match," as if I'm trying to hide something instead of just receiving a standard payout. I have sent the same documents 3 times. They just copy-paste the same robotic rejection without even looking at the context. This isn't compliance; it's a deliberate tactic to frustrate users and stall the process. If your "verification" team can't understand how payment processors work, maybe you should just shut down. Do NOT use MoonPay if you value your time and money. Absolute garbage service and bureaucratic stupidity

The process was good. I think the fees are still too high, but everybody’s raising the prices on everything but nobody’s raising salaries.
