I don’t remember the exact date I ordered …The outfits are very nice. I was disappointed with the customer service because initially wanted a return after reading reviews since they had me thinking it was not a good choice to order here and I needed another style outfit instead of what I ordered, however after receiving the outfits I must say I was really impressed.

Tailored made jumpsuit lined - Great. Very happy with email response quick and respectful. Send an additional size up xlg with no request to return original LG. Moosyius have higher then expectations than expected in quality and in service. Waiting for my second order that they say is on backorder and waiting anxiously.

The clothes are beautiful. I found a dress I loved. Because I had never ordered from this store before, I sized up. The dress arrived - I was amazed at how well made it was and the material is thick and high quality. Also I learned that this store is true to size. I reached out for help and they immediately helped me get a smaller size. Beautiful clothes and I will order again.

Don’t be fooled, this is a huge scam. The quality is cheap and not as pictured. Their customer service is useless and unsupportive. You literally we’ll be left with an unwanted product. They will make you send pictures after pictures, prolonging the time to getting your refund back. The cost to return it, is ridiculous more than product worth. I still haven’t gotten my money back. Please note that I did multiple attempts through email and provided my order number and that’s why I’m writing this review because you have been difficult to work with you have not been supportive and giving me my refund and you want me to send the item back, which will cost me double to send it back to China, so stop lying to your customers .

The clothes I ordered were top quality. Their customer service is very good. My experience is that they have gotten back to me in 24 hours. Since they are overseas allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

The dress was very pretty and very high quality. I really loved it. I ordered wrong size and support team answered immediately and offered to send me my size dress. I even don’t have to send them wrong size dress back.

This company is a scam. The clothing is not quality and arrives months after you order. When you attempt to return, they deny returns. Don't waste your money or time. Avoid this company like the plague.
Now they have replied and said they are sorry and they will refund me, however, I have been emailing back and forth with them since September 5, 2025 and they have refused to do so. They are only offering to refund me because of my review. But I already disputed the charge with my bank who has refunded me so my bank will be taking the money back from them.

After a month of waiting and no communication by the company, I contacted them and they said the item was out of stock and suggested I choose another item. I declined and they said a refund would take 6 months. After much back and forth they offered a 10% refund. Obviously a scam operation.

So far, my experience has been good — I’m chatting with a customer service rep right now and they’ve been helpful. I LOVE the outfit I purchased to wear for my casual elopement wedding. I ordered a size 10 thinking it would fit with maybe just a little alteration, but I can’t zip it past my navel. The fit is definitely not that of a true US size 10.
I plan to exchange it for a size 16. It sounds huge, but based on the fit, I think that size will be closer to a US 10/12, and I can always have it tailored down.
The quality of the outfit is wonderful — the fabric and finish exceeded my expectations. Shipping was fairly quick considering it came from overseas, and the packaging was great.
Docking one star only because the sizing on this ran small, but I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

I received the XS dress after I wasn't pleased with the S size, which was too big. Customer service were incredible and sent it to me without extra payment or return (5 stars for that!). The dress fit much better and I'm pleased with the quality. However, there are some parts that still need some fixing, due to extra fabric.

Sorry to say Mooyius still is not responding to address my refund concerns. I cannot recommend this clothing sales company to anyone. They are even keeping some of the money on an order for a sweater I ordered at the same time as the formentioned horrible blouse (ill fitting, most likely a manufacturing error) that was not in stock and they are saying won’t be again. They have actually stolen the money I paid for a sweater they never had, that they allowed me to view and order, while refunding only 20% of my cost for the ridiculous blouse. Where was quality control on that blouse? On an order of nearly $170 they have refunded $116. Really???!!!
Update on 9/17:
Mooyius still asks for more information, after 15 or so emails. Is this a delay tactic? Their response to my review seems intended to make the reader and potential customer believe they care and are concerned but that is far from the truth. The simple solution to this situation would be to refund me fully for my purchases….both the mis-shapen and poorly cut blue blouse and the white wool sweater with fur collar they never even had to sell me in the first place. They continue to ask for more information while ignoring the information I’ve provided. Furthermore, they don’t ever answer questions I ask for clarification. I’m seeking legal counsel at this point because besides the slight financial hit I’m spending too much energy and time just attempting to get honesty from this company.

I received the items I ordered, but needed to return them.
I received the items I ordered, but they were not as pictured on the site. I reached out to the company to ask for a return label so that I may return the items. Their return policy states that they do not issue return labels, which I understood after the fact. However, their customer service was very helpful in trying to assist me in becoming a happy customer. They offered to make things right, although could not return or exchange the items, by offering to send me 2 different items to replace the ones I wasn't happy with at no charge to me. This was very satisfactory to me and I felt it was a generous policy as the do not offer refunds. I received the two new items and am quite happy with them. I will order from this company again. Their customer service was prompt and responsive to making me happy. Thank you.

The dress I ordered came within a week but was the wrong size. I reached out to customer support and was easily able to get a new one shipped. The material is lovely and soft and is gorgeously flattering. I recommend this company.

I’ve just been scammed by this company! I received the most ridiculously designed blouse that wouldn’t fit anyone…huge in the neck, shoulder and sleeve areas but with a bodice so snug it won’t pull down over the bust area at all. I contacted Mooyius and they finally are offering a 20% refund! They refuse to be accountable for this blouse which was well over $50. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I still have an expensive sweater on the original order and they are already making excuses as to why that hasn’t been shipped yet. They say it’s still in production!

Helpful customer service, Read the Return Policy before buying
I'm editing this review because the seller refunded me 100% of what I paid, and I didn't have to send my item back to China. But I had to write an initial review to alert buyers that you won't be able to send the item back to China without handling Chinese customs fees and paperwork by yourself. I recommend the seller get a virtual office and a storage unit in the US with someone working part-time or a Pack and Ship service to ship products and handle the returns. The seller is very nice and very responsive through email. He/she will offer options if you're not satisfied with the clothing, but it will be hard to send your item back if you want to return it. Again, having a small storage and shipping service in the US is something I recommend to this store.
