Emailed this company twice regarding a purchase that never showed up. ( since April ) They never responded, and as soon as I disputed it with my credit card company and put up a bad review, all of a sudden, they want me to email them. I will not be sending a third email - I would be a fool!

I love the clothes from Mooyius. The styled are absolutely stunning and unlike the basic styles I find in department stores. The fabrics are very nice , good quality and the clothes are very well made. Since I discovered this company in early May I have bought 7 dresses , one pants set and one blouse. I’m looking forward to seeing the new styles as they come out.
I did have to return a dress because it was too small and I did receive a refund. I
Plan on doing most, if not all of my shopping with Mooyius. Beautiful clothes!
Be aware, this company is a scam. They will not give you your money back when you return an item that was ordered. The item was returned within the 30 days and all they say is, they need to check the warehouse. I returned the item December 25, and I have the confirmation from the Post Office and haven’t received my refund.

DO NOT BUY from this company if you plan to return. I bought a dress that I decided I didn’t want a couple hours after I bought it. I reached out immediately they said order was already out, impossible but ok I understand. It did not come when they said it would weeks later. I have been trying to return the dress since I got it. The worst part is they respond with games for example we will give you 30% off . You know I want to return this. I’m talking several emails that I want a refund. It was about $165 not cheap. I want the return address so I can return the dress. They are stalling so I’m out of the window to return. I would not spend one dollar at this store. I don’t know quality because I never took it out of the package. Even to figure out how to communicate is hard. It’s too sketchy to trust.

Terrible experience,
I received dress after my daughters wedding, I took 2 months to get it, bad quality, was supposed to be pale Rose and got a pink color.
They offered 30% return and keep it or send it back, the shipping is super expensive & wont see the full refund until then.

I ordered 3 items for my daughter who lives in Omaha, Nebraska. The order number 122999. The order has taken months to arrive, with one remaining item still outstanding. This company Mooyius completes payment immediately without advising if item is out of stock. The worst shipping that I have encountered, and the least willing to refund. This company should be outlawed from doing business in the United States.

I ordered a top from them which came beautifully packaged. Sadly, it was too big. I did a chat on the website, and they were very helpful. The item is no longer available, but they told me to select something the same price and they would send it at no cost. They also told me to keep the original, "as a gift", which I guess I can give to a friend who may fit into it. They provided excellent customer service.
MOOYIUS is a SCAM, do not purchase! I got something that never arrived!

I purchased a dress that is absolutely gorgeous however, it's just not right for my body type. I knew a different size would not be the answer. Mooyius was wonderful and gave me a few options and I was able to choose a new item without any issues. The customer service rep was amazing and detailed each option so I could decide what was best for me. I've purchased a couple of items from this company and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the items as well. I highly recommend Mooyius.
Obsessed is an understatement! I love this dress so bad planning to wear it to a church function. I showed it to my husband and received a great compliment. The fabric is incredibly lightweight and breathable without being see-through. It features a very flattering design that accentuates the waistline beautifully. For sizing, I found the back zipper too small. I emailed customer service and let them know the size is too small. They took action and emailed me back to inform me that they will mail me another dress. I felt so confident all day. Highly recommend Mooyius.
I had ordered a dress online and the size didn't work out for me. Customer service was very prompt and responsive and is rushing the new order. I am appreciative for their efficient resolution.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM - Ordered the dress for my son's wedding over a month ago. It showed up this a couple of days ago, but not in time for the wedding. I opened it to try it on, in the hopes of using it for something else, but it was too small and not great quality. I contacted the company to return it, and there is a return policy that is convoluted and the contact options were a phone number that is overseas, and a website, where I got on a chat with 'customer service'. Instead of helping me they sent me to a site where I had to submit my credit card info to talk to someone to return the merchandise and then the chat would not let me communicate. I am not providing my credit card without understanding the reason they referred me to a 'tech' to get a return label. I still do not have a way to return this dress. I will NEVER refer anyone to this company, and will actively campaign on social media to assure that no one else is scammed. And I reported you all to the BBB.

I have never received the dress I paid for and it has been 3 consecutive weeks that I have been emailing their support team to refund me my money. To date they will not refund me my money, they keep offering me a discount on the dress that they do not have to ship to me. This company is fradulent and I will never order from them again. I'm chalking my $160 as a loss, because they won't send the merchandise and they won't give me my money back.

Absolutely horrible experience - you cannot return an item for a refund, even though their website says you can within 14 days.
This is their last response to me - I had to settle for this. Not a refund in my eyes. Stay far away from this company!!!!

Buyer- Beware
I purchased a suit from Mooyius, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
When the order arrived, the suit did not fit properly, and the shirt had a slit on the side that appeared to be defective or incorrectly manufactured. When I contacted customer service to request a return, I was informed that I would have to pay for return shipping to China. The shipping cost ended up being $48, and despite returning the merchandise, I was told that I would not receive a full refund.
The return process was difficult, expensive, and frustrating. In my experience, the company's return policy and customer service were far from customer-friendly.
I would strongly encourage potential buyers to carefully review the return policy before making a purchase. Based on my experience, I would never purchase from this company again. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered a dress and received a confirmation email, I was led to believe it was 10-14 day shipping but have not had any updates on when delivery will be, my order says Confirmed, We're preparing these items for shipping.
