Mooyius has been most understanding in allowing me to replace the dress I bought from them. I bought it for my niece’s wedding. Lovely dress but very unflattering on me. I really appreciate their understanding & help.

This is a total scam. The clothing arrived looking very different from the website. The sizing was way off and the quality was terrible. Customer support nonexistent. Returns very difficult and require sending merchandise back to a residential address in china. The return shipping costs are as high as the cost of the horrible clothing. Do not buy anything from them.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews of this company. I ordered over $300 in items. The material feels like a thick polyester. Mooyius has been horrific in responding to my requests for return instructions. I have emailed them 5 times. All in the past 48 hours when I received the clothes. I was offered a 50% discount on a future order. Exasperated. Save yourself a headache and do not order from this company.

I placed an order on January 16, order number MY112518. There was a delay, but the company never notified me or provided a clear update. I tried to cancel the order, but Customer Service did not respond. I finally received the item on April 4. Since then, I have been trying to return it, but I have not received a response yet. The lack of communication, the delayed delivery, and the complete absence of customer service have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly recommend avoiding Mooyius.

The customer service is non-existent. The bot on-line doesn't answer your questions. After going back and forth a few times, I tried calling their number in China and nobody answers. I bought a few things and they are beautiful and fit well but they owe me over $100 so I'll have to contact my credit card company.

I just bought two dresses and both of them are beautiful. They are a great fit and good quality. They were also well packaged. I did have an issue with availability of one dress but I was able to swap for another one that was in stock and the customer service was also good. I did read reviews before I purchase so I was pleasantly surprised by what I received and the customer service.

I received a dress that was a bit small and requested a size up, they were quick to process the request and said it will ship immediately. So far the experience has been positive and hopefully the exchange arrives and it is just as beautiful as the first one!

It’s nothing but a scam! I purchased some items according to the available information on the website, then I received an email from the seller telling me that items are out of stock, which a misleading information, I asked them many times to return the money back but they refused to do so and keep offering me to buy items and other offers instead, just because they don’t want to pay me back , this matter took a very long time and they refused to give me my money back until now

Biggest scam ever. I ordered a dress and it is not made in dimensions to fit a human body. Looks nothing like website photo. Very poor quality material. It’s basically trash and cost $150. The return options are to keep the item for 20% of price or return to China. Shipping is more than is the price of the fees and this company is so shady - I don’t trust they will actually refund once received. I caution against these scammers.

I had the most fabulous experience with Mooyius. I purchased a dress, excellent quality, but sadly too small. I wrote back and within 1 hour they answered and apologized (even though I ordered too small) and suggested I pick out another dress, which I did. (The original one was out of stock). Then they totally surprised me and said they would send the new choice asap and I could keep the too small one - which would be perfect for my daughter. The entire transaction was so pleasant and not anything that I have experience with ordering clothes from overseas. Looking forward to my new choice.

I ordered this item online and did a guesstimate about sizing based on the model’s description. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit but customer service was very helpful in connecting me with a better fitting option. It was greatly appreciated and will definitely turn me into a regular shopper
