Do not order from this “company” if you can call it that. I ordered 2 dresses for an event i have to attend. Both dresses are cheap and not even close to what the website shows. The website states, “ free returns” so I thought I could easily return. No! The dresses were about $100 each. To ship back for the return would cost me $250!!! Little did I know, the dresses are from China! I just lost $200 so am warning anyone I can. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CRAPPY WEBSITE!!!

1/5 Stars – Bait-and-Switch & Refund Issues

The item I received from Mooyius.com did not match what was advertised—classic bait-and-switch. When I requested a refund, they repeatedly stalled, clearly trying to push the process past the deadline for a full refund. I disputed the charge with American Express and won. Afterward, Mooyius asked me to cancel the chargeback in exchange for a refund, which is a major red flag and not something any legitimate company should be doing. Customer service is entirely automated and useless, relying on copy-and-paste responses that don’t address anything. They will likely respond here with something like: “Thank you for your honest review. We hate that you’re not happy with your purchase. Please contact us at (email) so we can understand better and make things right for you.” It’s a script, not a solution. I’ve also filed a complaint with the FTC.

Buyer Beware

very sloppy tailoring on item ordered. shipping to china for returns and having to paying chinese tarriffs.. it was 48$ to mail back to china for a 132$ purchase. website had no phone number for returns or contact. Had to go to the CHAT function for info. Before that I emailed them twice but they did not reply when i asked for return info. nowhere did it say returns had to be sent to china or even that china was the country of origin . Lesson learned i guess...

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, do not ever purchase from them!!! took my money sent me an awful dress and will not respond about a return!

Great customer service!

I ordered a dress that was a bit smaller on me than I anticipated from the size and Mooyius agreed to send me another dress at no additional cost. What great customer service!

I purchased a dress from your company…Dress for Easter.

I purchased a dress from your company back around March 12th and is just received it on May 23rd. The dress is made of poor quality material. The area where there should be a pleat is some type of faux pleat and made of a different cheaper looking material, possibly rib like. I ordered a medium and it is a small. I’m only 131 lbs and it’s tight on me so maybe it should have been categorized as an extra small . I am very disappointed with this purchase and I won’t be purchasing anything else.

I would select zero stars, but that is not option. The company is not interested in customer service, basically returns are NOT possible. After understanding return options 1 and 2, I said no to both, because it only benefited the company. Option three was a joke, so I opted for option, only to learn that it was no longer available to me. If you ever buy anything from this company and you want to return it, select option 1, although it is not OK, it is the best of the offers. There are so many companies with integrity, this company is pathetic.

Good experience / Ordered my dress from Mooyius

Ordered my dress from Mooyius, it arrived in about 2 weeks. Dress is just as in the website, excellent quality and beautiful. It’s the first time I order from this website and my experience so far is excellent. I love their styles.

I ordered my dress March 20th...the delivery date has been pushed back 5 times and is now moved all the way back into mid June. I have escalated it with their customer service and was told to "be patient" it is back ordered. I have been more than patient. I have to now be resolved that I have paid for an item that I will not receive. They are still actively selling the item on line, with no warning, even though it isn't available. ***UPDATE : it has now been over 2 months and the only feedback when I emailed customer service is that I need to be patient, and if I want to buy more from them, they will give me a coupon.... no, I don't want to spend more, until I get what I have already paid for.... incredibly frustrating ***

They have scammed me. They won’t send me a refund or the item

They have scammed me. I purchased a jump suit for nearly $300. They messaged me after chasing to say they don’t have it and to purchase another product. I asked for an refund. They won’t give me one and are encouraging me to spend more money.

Order Issues

I've had a very mixed experience with this company. The product I've actually received is nice and the quality is good. The outfits look great. My problem is that I got messages that my originally ordered items were out of stock and that I needed to order something different from a specific list of items (clearly items they were trying to sell out whether for the season change or something). I received the replacement items. There is one item that I ordered in April hoping to get it in time for a Memorial Day weekend wedding event. I still haven't received it and it is noted as being "in process" with a promised shipping date range ending on May 15. There has been no updated communication from them. They still have the product being advertised for sale on their website - not sure what is wrong with getting mine to me then. Updating post 1 day after original post - beware of the bot that responds saying they want to make it right and to go through their customer service team through an email. That is what I’ve been doing all along with no luck.

MOOYIUS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was very happy with the quality of the outfit I ordered. The fabric was of a high quality, beautiful and soft. The customer service I received from Mooyius was excellent and they were very helpful in replacing my outfit as the top was too tight.

This company sucks!!!!! The quality of the clothing looks like you picked it up at Goodwill. Forget about returning it. They merely reply. but do not respond to your actual question. They must use Ai to make their clothing look elegant. Renée M.

I ordered an expensive dress and came malfunctioning and customer service refused to reimburse me/went MIA

I ordered an expensive dress. It arrived with key buttons missing and was unwearable, I tried numerous times to return and get refund because it wasn’t even touched and couldn’t be worn. Company disregarded my request through their normal channels. I filed a review. Then they answered on Facebook messenger, said I couldn’t get a refund but that their replace. I don’t need another one, the event was too close to what I needed it for and arrival would be too late. They then said they’d give me any item, didn’t want another as I don’t try how things even arrive. Then they said they’d reimburse me 40 percent?!? I packed and they said they’d refund at my shipping expense to which I agreed and they’ve never answered despite 3 emails back and follow up there and now Facebook with shipping instructions. Do not ever use them. Ever!!!

I love the dress I ordered but it only came in black. When it arrived, it fit perfectly and was beautifully made. They immediately made this dress in other colors so I reached out to exchange and they told me to keep the original dress at no cost and to reorder the other colors I am waiting on its arrival, since it is for my father in laws memorial early June. I hope it arrives in time because I love it and appreciate the exchange optional they gave me.

Stupid me

Stupid me. I did not read reviews. This company is a total scam. They make it impossible to return. The clothing is JUNK. I still haven't received one of my dress, although I expect the same cheap crap. I placed that order April 21st, over three weeks ago. No update to my order. Very disappointed.
