Easy to locate parts I needed. Prices were much better than at the dealer. Part I ordered (oil dipstick) was 1” longer than the original, which created a concern. The “ask a question” option easily and quickly explained why the manufacturer made the change, resolving my concern.
Liked OE Mopar part availability. However, a substantial amount was paid for shipping, and no protection was added to the box. Box arrived damaged, so it was opened for inspection, and it seemed the part was ok. Unfortunately, I later discovered some damage that I will have to have a body shop correct before the part is painted and installed. Please consider adding protection to items shipped to avoid damage.

Parts are as described. Fit perfectly. My only complaint is I paid extra to get my parts earlier and they weren't delivered on time. I could have saved money by choosing the slowest service. That's money I'll never see again and didn't get any value for.
