Company sent incorrect part and then refused refund
I purchased a part claiming to be a direct OEM replacement for the part on my vehicle. I used this company’s own search engine based on my vehicle’s VIN. I received a part that was NOT a direct replacement, and the company refused the return of this item because the brown paper envelope the part came in was “opened”. Warning: this company does not appear to be a credible business.

When I purchased my parts, they said "one day free shipping"
I purchased a part because it said "one day free shipping". It took this company two days to process my order, another full day for USPS to process it into the system and another 6 days before it got here. It's false advertising and a bait and switch and both are illegal. Go to contact customer support? I get a ROBOT!!!
