Ordered a product , said could add on in one hour if ordering more. Called my daughter to ask if she wanted, she was in a meeting and called back as quickly as she could. It was 85 minutes later, not 60 even tho I tried! But they charged me the additional 9.99 shipping same product to same address , I asked for consideration for 25 minutes and the effort but nope . Plus quite rude

Caitlin consistently demonstrated and exceptional customer service to my recent compliant. I recently received an order where the items were intended to be in various colors; however, due to a shipping error, I received two items of the same color. I ordered an electric ceramic pet feeder from Morning Save a week or so ago. It came promptly and my husband and I attempted to assemble it, but the parts did not fit as instructed. The filter was way too big to go into the plastic case in which it was to go. So I contacted Morning Save. Caitlyn helped me, asking me for a photo of all of the parts, which we sent, and soon I received notice that my money had been refunded. So, thanks to Caitlyn the issue was resolved. I am just sorry that the parts were incorrect.
