Great customer service. On unpacking and setting up I discovered an issue with the motor / esc in the model. I contacted Motion RC and generated a ticket. I received a response within hours and a replacement component was quickly arranged. I purchased the 90 mm F4 phantom II. I was having difficulty getting the reverse function to work. I called customer service and Ozzy returned my call within 10 minutes. His manner, kindness, and expertise were overwhelming. He helped solve the problem immediately. (It was a programming issue in the ESC) It made all the difference. I highly, highly recommend motion RC products and customer service.
