Starting a WW2 living exhibit

So I have started a new exhibit for a historical museum I sit on the board of doing a living WW2 diorama where people can experience running a 1/16 scale tank through the scale diorama. Recently purchased 3 tanks and a jeep and a ton of accessories. When the exhibit is finished I will purchase several more tanks. Have been purchasing the professional grade Heng Long Sherman’s. Have had nothing but great luck. The last tank was missing one minor part. The machine gun insert. I didn’t think there was a chance they would have it and I was just going to use a piece of fiber optic rod to solve the problem. But I took a shot and within a day they were mailing me the part. So kudos to them they really do stand behind everything they sell and I will continue to buy from them.

Outside Customer Service

I received my order with a manufacturer defect. I contacted Motion RC to report the defective part. Customer service asked me to submit photos of the defective part. Two hours after submitting photos I received an email stating a new part was being shipped at no expense

Motion RC is good value

I have bought 5 RC airplanes from Motion RC this year. Two Freewing Vulcans (4S and 6S), a Flightline Spitfire, a Skynetic Altura (for grandson) and a Skynetic Swift. All nicely built and delivered, and great value for the money. Had a problem with a frozen servo on the latest Vulcan. Emailed MotionRC and they shipped a replacement servo straight away. Couldn't be happier with the service. Good company to deal with.

I’ve recently purchased the Vulcan 4S and in about two weeks of flying my plane cockpit latch broke. I contacted customer support. They issued a warranty replacement in less than 24 hours and we’re very responsive from my initial email. Very satisfied with the Customer Service Motion RC!

Skynetic-Andes-Great Beginner Glider

The Skynetic Andes from MotionRC is a great beginner glider. The foam it is made of is dense and gives the glider good structure and strength. There are several videos made by MotionRC that clearly show how to easily assemble the Andes. $219.00 is a bargain for this glider. I was so confident in this glider that I didn't set up Safe or AS3X. At 50% power it floated out of my hand and only needed a couple of down clicks of trim. I wish I had seen this glider last year when I was just starting out. It is superior to all the other beginner gliders in almost every way. Let's have some fun!

I contacted Motion as I couldn't find a part for my Cougar. Ozzy got back with me the next day and let me know they would send me the spar as it's not a part you can just purchase. Thank you for your help and look fwd to me new planes. Thanks again
