Motion RC is my first choice for all things related to RC airplanes. The Freewing jets are high quality and the customer support is excellent. I received a same day response to an email requesting support. Two of Motion RC's guiding principles are Customer Satisfaction and Quality. My experience is that Motion RC demonstrates these principles.
Excellent Customer Service
Very reasonable prices, fast delivery and excellent customer service! I had some missing screws to complete the pylons and missiles mount to the F-15 and Tim was able to assist me right away. I got the missing parts delivered within 2 days!
Great shop for RC and effective customer service
I recently ordered another aircraft at Motion RC (Flightline FW190d) - which is beautiful and arrived after few days (Germany). There has been a defect with the ESC out of the box, can happen. The customer service promptly responded to my query and helped to find a solution swiftly and efficiently. Cannot be more satisfied! Thank you team, I will certainly get back to you again for future purchases.

Customer service
The package ( rc model ) was delivered inoperable/broken twice by the delivery company. Motion RC replaced it each time and provided a return label. The inoperable/broken nature of the issue was not their fault or mine yet they stood behind getting the selected product to me the customer. They approached the replacements in an expeditious manner and kept me informed throughout the ordeal. The third unit was intact. It is unique and a ⁹pleasure to conduct business with such an honorable company. Keep up your customer focus and honest business practice.

Great service for Great airplanes (f16 90 v2). As usual, such à complex model souldn't be flown as à Maiden without sérious check of every component. Its not à matter of quality, Just an advice than People would naturally do with kits but are tempted to forget with pnp version as it comes painted and seems ready to fly. Sometimes glue or screw May be loosen somewhere and could affect safety or the Maiden Flight. I suggest you at MRC to underline this in your assemvly vidéos.
