First Flight Line warbird
This is my first FlightLine warbird, I am very pleased with it. The only hitch was the motor break was on. A quick note to customer service, and reset complete. Thanks again Motion Rc!

Great Support for Helicopters
I bought my Airwolf Helicopter from motionrc.com because of the great support team they have. Tim, and Helicopter support helped get me in the air and answered a lot of questions. It's nice to see companies that have great customer service like this.

Had a problem with missing decals
Had a problem with missing decals, Motion took care of it and sent out a new set the next day.
Freewing F9F Panther gear replacement.
I had only 15 flights on the Freewing F9F Panther, when the right landing gear would not come down. I called Motion, and Ozzie said , " Send an email describing the issue". After receiving that he requested a video showing the problem. Within 2 hours, I received, an email, saying, "That the retract assembly was going to be replaced". This morning I received the shipping notice, Thank you for the great service. I love this plane and am looking forward to getting it back in the air.
Old school
I’ve bought a lot of airplanes and helicoptersfrom a lot of companies, but none of them in my opinion have the support and the product that motion RC does everything is well designed and user-friendly, I would give 10 stars if it was possible, I will continue to love and fly this product of beautiful quality. Being an old school aero modeler you’ve really made it easy! Thank you motion RC! I will continue to enjoy your product as long as I have enough room for the airplanes.

B-24 liberator
B-24 showed up with some damage to the one of the motor. After a couple emails and pictures they were decently quick to replace the motor. This is what separates the good companies from the bad ones is the willingness to fix a problem when it occurs.

I do not know of another company that would actually go to the warehouse, open and measure parts for me. Service above and beyond. Thank you Martin.
Defective part
Motion RC was helpful in replacing a defective retract in a timely manner.
Transmitter Battery
Transmitter battery had been shrink wraped. It prevented transmitter from charging. MotionRC advise me to check. I did. I found the shrink wrap and removed it. Transmitter was able to charge.

I recently purchased the bancroft eagle…
I recently purchased the bancroft eagle f1 it's awesome. Unfortunately after the 8th run my driveline broke leaving me dead in the water. I used my fishing pole to retrieve it and thats when I noticed the drive line broke. The fun was over. I reached out to motion rc and the next day a new driveline and silicone tubing is being sent to me under warranty. Awesome job, I am a very happy customer and will be purchasing more boats in the future
Received an incorrect…
I accidentally received an incorrect shipment from Motionrc.com. After a brief email exchange—which was very friendly—I received a return label and was able to send the item back free of charge. Excellent service. Personal contact and communication. I have ordered from them several times before and will continue to do so, as well as recommend them.
