You had the items I needed at competitive prices. You earned 4 stars because you changed the quantity of one item without checking with me first. I understand why, you had the item listed in quantities of 10 when it was really 20. It still worked out for me but my budget had to change.

MSC is always fast at getting my order ready for pick and when I go in to pick up my order the staff at the desk are very friendly. The prices on most things are also lower than other places and quality is good which is a huge plus!

MSC definitely has shipping mastered. Customer service is great. Pricing? My receipt should come with lube but it is, what it is.
Place order late in the day and still got it over night at a great price.

Being able to find products using manufacturers product number is wonderful. Items are easy to find and usually in stock. All stocked items ordered are delivered the next day. Platform is easy to use and saves a lot of time getting the items I need with no issues.
MSC purchased the SPI brand. I ordered replacement parts for some micrometers and after 2 months, they told me it would be 7 more months to receive them, hopefully! That is unacceptable. Also, I was looking into purchasing a new lathe chuck, and a friends computer shows a significantly lower price, which is very discouraging.
