Slow to ship
Nice selection, good pricing but slow to ship… customer service tried to blame UPS, but if they didn’t print label can’t blame carrier. Sadly it’s happening more and more.

once upon a time there was no other to turn to except the mighty Manhattan Supply Company, not so much anymore. every single item they sell is over priced. the one thing they still have going for them is they still do car deliveries locally.

When i ordered the socket head cap screws the order attendant was rude Zero patience when I wanted to add to my order. This has happened more than once. Your(MSC’s) loss not mine This is one reason I deal with you (MSC) only when I have to.

Stellar CSR; Quality Products; Stock Lots
Some of the reasons are as follows: Our CSR is very responsive and knowledgeable, the prices are competitive, the products are of a good quality, as described and arrive in a timely manner. MSC usually has stock in the indirect items we require. Our CSR is willing to work with us on pricing of stock items purchased on a regular basis and one off large quantity buys.
