They won't cancel and will hold your account hostage
We are currently in a contract dispute over our ability to cancel services. I had a sales team, installation team, and account manager making promises for specific types of needs we had for processing cards for our business and they all assured me it was possible and that if they were unable to save us money and get us operational, they would be able to cancel our account and waive the cancellation fees. After they asked for several months to continue working on our account and more monthly fees accumulated, we called for a cancellation. We have been getting constant push back on additional fees we will have to pay to effectively cancel this account. They are claiming additional fees that were not in our contract. This company is a scam operation. DO NOT take their calls and do not accept anything they tell you either on phone or email.

I worked with Timothy Parker and his supervisor Ondrea. They both worked very hard to get me the best deal. I was not an easy sell and they stuck with all of my concerns. I was disappointed when they failed to tell me about a $49 monthly subscription fee for the clover mini, but after working with their company, they were able to get this fee waived.

They will work with you every step of the way. Bently was very persistent in contacting me for quite a while during a time that I was not ready to change processing companies. Then when I was ready, she got the job done very quickly and efficiently.
Very Scummy Company
They lie about the contract, lie about be rates and charge unnecessary fees and cancellation fees that are not In the contract. The company is led by deceitful people from the receptionist to CEO. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Please run as far as you can.
