All I can say is if you've been hesitant about purchasing a hair unit from this company. Please do not! I've been a loyal customer since July of 2023 . I've been amazed by the quality of their products, prompt response from their customer service department, and the shipping of their products within 5 days. I've personally suffered from scarring alopecia for over 15 years now. I've been down the wearing braids,weaves etc. Mscoco wigs have restored my confidence by making me feel secure and beautiful. Their glueless HD lace literally gives the appearance that the wig is literally coming right from your own scalp! My husband is always amazed and will jokingly say, " scalp" Every time that I try on a new unit . Ive received so many compliments about my hair, to the point its becoming overwhelming. People just canot believe that these are wigs . They are natural looking user friendly and sustainable, with little or no effort. It's become my new addiction within the last year . I've tried various other vendors prior to coming across this company Quite frankly, no one even comes close! I'm truly grateful that Mscoco had came across my Instagram feed last summer . Customer care are good it easy to contact them but the hair is terrible as soon i started wearing it, it gets so nappy! You have to keep brushing it or it will start looking like a bird nest! They sent me an brizzillian 18 inch 180 density transparent lace that cannot be parted anywhere. I paid with afterpay so I have 2 more payments. I did not know how to take care of a wig. This was not my first lace front wig but it was my first from this company and will be my last. They are not trying to resolve. SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND IT IS NOW 3/22/23 AND THEY STATED THE WOULD REFUND ME WEEKS AGO AND EVEN SENT ME SCREENSHOTS OF THE REFUND. THAT WAS FALSE.
