I had a difficult time getting my first order( lost in the mail), but when I contacted the company, via e-mail, Kyra, on the Customer Experience Team went to work and had a replacement order sent out the next day! I’ve received my lip balms and tried one out ( the rest are Christmas gifts). I loved it! It’s nice and smooth, you don’t need much, and it doesn’t dry out on your lips or get gunky!

Fast shipping never a problem with ordering and most of all the product. I got my great niece this for christmas one year and now she is obsessed she loves every flavor and how the product works so well with only a small amount used she says keeps her lips soft moist and chapped free.
