Although the site has a .com/.eu address, they are just a facade for a Chinese company; the packages are sent from China so just skip the middle man and get your item from Ali Express or Wish for a fraction of the price.
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I am so unhappy with the customer service I received from myfacesocks.com. I placed an order on October 31. Around November 24, I reached out to customer service because I STILL HAD NOT received my package and because my package had not moved since November 13. I was asked to give the company a few more days, which I did. I emailed again on December 02 because I still had not received my package, the package still had not moved and I had not heard anything else. I was offered free shipping as compensation, even though I had free shipping ALREADY on my order. I then received a duplicate email asking for a few more days. I asked for a refund and both times my request was completely ignored. This company is awful.
I ordered a pair of socks and had them shipped to a friend. After a month of waiting, I had reached out to the company, who responded with a delivery date that they were supposedly sent on two weeks prior. This did not happen. When I wrote back informing them of this, they ghosted me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you are throwing your money away if you proceed.
Expensive mistake dealing with this shop before reading the reviews. Sooo disappointed from start to finish. And the sock quality? Sad. Really glad I didn't place the larger order I originally started doing
These socks were a huge disappointment. The fabric is scratchy and of very poor quality. There is no form to the fabric. It's a tube with no shape for the heel or toes. It's not a natural fit, and the fabric bunches at the toes. I ordered the socks in black. There are two white lines on the folded sides, because the fabric was printed flat, and so the black color did not take on the outer folds. When you put on the socks, not only can you see the white seams on the sides, the entire sock looks more grayish than black. The printed face is very dark. It seems obvious there was no color correction or quality check. I don't even want to bother having the socks reprinted, because the fabric quality is so poor. They were intended as a gift, but I'm not able to give this to the recipient. If I could, I would give these zero stars. Try another vendor instead.
Socks are not as pictured! The photo came out fine but the shape and fit of these socks is awful! Picture a facric tube with a seam closing off one end. They are not contoured to fit your foot and ankle like the website shows! Do not buy unless you want saggy fabric bunching around your ankles !
If I could have given 0 stars, I would. Paid extra for faster delivery and item still took 9 days. Was given a tracking number which never worked throughout all of this time. Ordered photo socks, item is completely useless, very cheap material and unable to be worn at all. There is no “heel” just a strip of black printed on to look like there is. Ordered the largest size and still ridiculously small. White marks all over the socks and as soon as one was tried on all the print came off where the socks have stretched. Used the online chat service to eventually be offered a 10% refund. I refused and so they offered 20 then 30. I still refused as so shocked by this poor item quality. Eventually had to settle on 60% refund as I had spent over an hour back and forwards on the chat and sending photos etc!
It was nice but was á litle long delivery and i asked for VIP so í thougt it was wrapped but it was not. So í do not know what í was paying fór extra
I was pleased with my purchase from "MyFaceSocks". I felt that the price was reasonable, and the quality of the materials used were better than I anticipated. My order did take much longer than I anticipated to arrive, but shipping show everywhere right now, so I can't complain.
Great product. Just be aware that with the custom merchandise with many faces that some will have faces covered by other faces so not everything will be clear. Support was very helpful.
Turned out so good! Got my little guys face put on for Father’s Day. Never thought they’d turn out so well. Highly recommend
Socks came with stains on both the left and right foot. Was offered a 20% discount, which I said was absurd. Their site states that in the event of damaged goods being shipped that they offer full refunds or a reprint free of charge. Then I was offered 30% off and was told that was the best they could do. I refused again, and was offered 50% off! I said no again, so then I was told that I could get refunded in full, but I needed to wait for "production" to review my order first. *update* they sent me a new pair of socks free of charge, but I'm only giving 3 stars as the above mentioned interaction was less than ideal.
Ordered June 4th for Fathers Day (which was the ad I clicked on Facebook). 7-10 day delivery is a total lie. It’s now 15 days since and no socks. Have to scramble to buy another gift. Poor customer service. Reading the comments too late it seems many have been scammed. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Total Scam. Socks never arrived, customer service told me they were delayed in customs about a month ago, now they just ignore all of my emails. Disputing the charge with my credit card company, even if it’s not much money to me there’s no way I’m letting scammers like this keep it.
Don't order from this company it's a scam,I paid for express shipping 3 to 5 days and it took over 10 days for my item to arrive.Also while I was waiting for my package for over 10 days I couldn't track my order on their website,I couldn't contact no one and they took days to answer my emails .I believe the other reviews are correct, they say they from new jersey but your picture and order is sent over seas and ship from overseas.I know because I own a business and chinese factorys offered me that option but I declined for this very reason.I get materials from overseas but I spend a little extra time to process an ship here so I don't have all these 1 star reviews like this horrible company.I will never order from this company again.you can only scam people once and all I wanted was my express shipping refunded,I didn't want a full refund, l tried to give them a chance to make it right, again I deal with shipping issues I keep in contact with my customers and if late I explain to them why even if it's a postal issue,I refund them on their shipping and if it is too late I give them a full refund and file a claim with the postal service but since I email them to refund me for my express shipping because it was for a birthday and it was day's late and again I haven't heard from no one in days so that is why I wish I could give them 0 Stars
I bought a Valentines gift and paid extra for shipping the product quickly. I haven’t received it and this company does not respond. The tracking number also doesn’t work.
Revising my review. Since my original negative review the company has delivered the product and refunded the expedited delivery charge (due to my negative review). The product I received is cute, but cheap quality (socks were worn once and are already beginning to show wear). If you have lots of time on your hands to wait for your shipment to arrive, then this may work for you. If you are on a deadline, don't expect to get your shipment on time.
Ordered socks and paid extra for a nice box for them to be put in, nearly 30e for socks now so id expect at least good material, took 3 weeks to come, after nearly two i emailed and got a copy and paste email not helping at all, then when they did arrive they came in cheap plastic bag, i emailed again and after around a week got a reply and finally a refund on the box, i don't recommend, cheap horrible looking and terrible customer service, say its made made in EU but tracking says made in China, id recommend spending your money locally and getting better quality and helping out a small business rather than this .
