Ordered Socks on Dec. 11, 2019. Still have not received them as of Monday, Jan. 13th, 2020. Was promised delivery by Christmas and, well, we know how that turned out. Recently found out that the company is located in Hong Kong, thus the long delay in delivery. Will never, ever, ever, ever order from this company again. I would recommend DivvyUp for custom face socks. Ordered from them Christmas 2018 with no problems.
I bought a pair of socks on 17th December and have still not had an update. One confirmation email after purchasing, and then one email on 1 Jan 2020 telling me it had now been shipped. This email provided me with a tracking number - tracking link/number didn't work. Gave benefit of doubt and came to website to check again just now and using just my email I got confirmation my order had now been "collected" and now "shipped". That's all. I hope to get a satisfactory response by tomorrow otherwise will be escalating to the retail ombudsman.
I ordered 3 pairs of socks on December 5th and 25 days later they are still in transit. I had to buy other Christmas gifts for the recipients. Extremely frustrating and disappointing! Will never order from them again.
Like the others that posted here. They said it would take a day to process and up to 5 days shipping. We’re on week 3 and no response from company. And still in processing. Why lie to consumers that depend on something for Christmas. Place is a joke

I agree. This company is spoofing the real company. Myfacesocks is a SCAM. I ordered from them and they never replied. When pressured they sent a face tracking number. I also escalated on PayPal. The real legitimate site is: facesocks.com. Don't use myfacesocks.com <- scam I think people got confused and are complaining about the wrong company. I ordered from Facesocks.com and they actually sent me my socks!!
If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I paid for expedited shipping and I am now 3 weeks in STILL waiting for my order. Every time I asked for an update I would get a generic response in Chinese saying “your update will be available in these days” and then a bunch of Chinese characters. I made a complaint and demanded a refund since I didn’t even receive a shipping confirmation and they still refuse to refund me, telling me that the order has already gone out. I am yet to receive any type of shipping confirmation. I paid with PayPal and put in a complaint with PayPal but that takes up to 30 Days to review..so now I am still frustratingly going back and forth with customer service. I feel sorry for facesocks.com who myfacesocks.com clearly copied and is scamming people out of their money and tarnishing the US company’s name. HORRRRRRRIIIIIBBBLLLEEEEEE
