It was a great experience working with airtrip maker and sumit....I was looking for a best price tickets during the Christmas which is very high peak time to travel. I came across Myfly yatra over social media, they are very fast in reaching out to customer. My travel agent was sumit and he is very good and patient with looking tickets for me. He checked all the options I gave him and was very helpful in finding tickets for us. I could not have for a better price than the one he gave me. I would highly recommend myfly yatra and sumit
I generally book India tickets with different website. However, business class ticket were coming out quite expensive and I was checking around. I came across My Fly Yatra and spoke to Rupesh. He tried his best to get us the best price. Really liked the service. Thank you Rupesh.
booked my flights with Sumit as my travel agent, and I had a truly wonderful experience. He was always incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. Not only did he answer all my questions with patience, but he also managed to find me some really great prices that fit my budget. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend Sumit to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly travel agent!
Excellent service
I was so pleased to work with Sumit From Myflyyatra. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I have been flying internationally for over 40 years. I admit missing not have travel agents like we did years ago. Sumit's service reminded me of how personal service use to be. He was able to listen to my travel needs and preferences and got me the flights I needed within my budget.
I booked a ticket from SFO to India and back with My Fly Yatra. I needed a multi city ticket and Sumit spent much time and several calls to give me information about dates, travel classes, cities, etc. He was very responsive to my queries and provided me with timely information and choices, so I could book my tickets. He checked back with me to make sure I could see my tickets with the airlines. I changed my mind about a few details which he was able to incorporate. He also gave me a cell phone number to call in case of any flight emergencies. I would unhesitatingly recommend My Fly Yatra and especially Sumit for booking air tickets.
I highly recommend travel booking agent Sumit from My fly yatra for anyone looking for a stress-free travel booking experience. I'll definitely be using their services for all my future .His Communication was excellent – quick responses, clear explanations, and always available to answer my questions, even [late at night/during changes]

Since I made a call agent Mark , he was very professional and understood my need of travel and show me some options, perfect choice of flight and timeing was match my need. And provide me total guidance to finalizes the complete booking. Appreciate his great professional service
Peter was excellent and very helpful in finding me a Buisness class tickets from Dallas taxes to Reykjavik Iceland for my Icelandair Ticket. He was also very patient with me since i gave him the wrong flight dates but he got it corrected within minutes. My go to travel company as i enter in my retirement years.
I was told that Iam allowed to have 2 check in bags before my booking. but Once booking is done, I was told that it was a mistake and promised that I can go with 2 bags and the extra bag fee would be refunded after submission of the receipt. But when checked before my departure , the agent refused to fulfill his promise. Not a professional way of dealing with customers. Disappointed.
TRAVEL ADVISORY WARNING: AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT AGENCY AT ALL COSTS
Danny, the so-called floor manager, took my money, booked my tickets, and then—after holding onto my cash for a full 2.5 months—abruptly cancelled everything, blaming some mysterious "third-party" that supposedly backed out.
I was left completely stranded, forced to fight my credit card company for months just to claw back my own money while this scam operation pocketed it without shame.
This is not incompetence—this is outright fraud. They are thieves masquerading as a travel agency, deliberately delaying and cancelling to keep your funds as long as possible.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are a criminal fraud company that will steal your money and leave you high and dry. Save yourself the nightmare—do not waste a single second of your time or a dollar of your money on these scammers.
-update:You take my $$, keep it for 2 months and give me a credit note ?? Are you serious??
