they scammed 112 dollars out of me and have been giving me bot answers in the emails i send them DO NOT BUY!!!!! they promised to ship my order 3 times but keep “forgetting” what they have not forgotten though is to charge me 8$ a month for a year for a device i can’t use

Livia helped me so much with my awful cramps. I use it every month and now I don’t spend my first day in bed, I can go to work or go out with my friends and this makes me so happy that I don’t need to put my life on hold because of my period. Great device 👍

Do not purchase. Awful customer support. Will f you over in fine print. Nothing is refundable and you are required to pay back all discounts in a monthly payment. The device breaks after one or two uses and barely works. 130 dollars down the drain and customer support will laugh at you.

The device is way too expensive. Stopped working properly after 1 month. Adhesive leaves red painful marks on my body, and livia makes it feel like your skin is burning when using it. Not to mention they trap you with a subscription fees for a year before you can cancel it. Don't buy

Its impossible to end the subscription. I have tried many times over the years. You Also dont Get new gel pads. They keep saying They will end it, but never do. Not possible to end the subscripion on their website either

I ordered this for my wife, it's been nearly a month and I never got an order confirmation and the device hasn't shipped, yet my card was charged. Customer service is nearly impossible to get ahold of, and Rosemarie always answers and has lied numerous times. She's assured me that it will ship within a few day on numerous occasions and yet it still hasn't. I finally told her I wanted to cancel the order and a full refund. She claimed she would escalate it to management and the refund would be approved in 1-2 days. It's been 4 days and the status is unchanged. This company will scam you out of your money, avoid at all cost.

The device stopped working after about 1 or 2 uses. It didn't help anyway. I had gotten a subscription for gel pads, since it's cheaper than buying them separately. I tried to cancel my subscription MULTIPLE times, but they kept charging me & THEN sending me emails back giving me all kinds of options, "but if I ever decide I want to cancel, let them know." I ALREADY DID! They refused to do it! There was no way to cancel on the website, only through email. This last time, I was finally a little firm with them & they wrote back that I can only return my device for 120 days (not even what I asked to do), so I can either pay off the rest of my device (which I fully paid when I bought it), or keep my subscription until it's fully paid. Which would I like? I wrote them back, "Neither! My device is fully paid off & I want my subscription stopped!" I really deserve at least a partial refund since that piece of junk stopped working almost immediately, but THIS is the bullcrap they give me instead!?! I'll be praying for these people who think this is ok.

My Livia is simply a lifesaver. As someone with heavy periods following IVF treatments and severe cramps, there is nothing I recommend more than this device. It will become your best friend, rest assured. Their service is also fast and excellent. They are available to answer questions in detail and are so nice and professional. Definitely my best decision.

NO WAY!!! I have suffered with excruciating cramps since I was about 15/16 years old, having to miss out on activities, work etc was super depressing! There was no way I would've imagined such a tiny device could work so well and now at 30 years old I'm finally pain free and it feels AMAZING! THANK YOU LIVIA!!
