Would rate 0 if it was an option. Ordered a couple customized Pokemon cards as a x-mas gift for our son. One of his dog and one of him as a trainee Pokemon card. The pet one they left as a normal real life image of the dog and put a f-king Christmas hat on it, and his they made him anime like it was advertised. The cards came in without the PokeMon back logo, they are so dark you can’t even make out the words on them and barely the images, the edges are cut wrong. They cut the border off of one side on both cards, on the one they cut into the image field. They both have jagged sharp edges with sharp pieces of acrylic sticking out on the corners. They are maybe 70% the size of an actual card even if they were cut properly and don’t fit the acrylic cases that I paid for and they sent with them. They shake around in there like loose change in a piggy bank. I went with them because they are supposedly based in America, New Jersey to be exact and I wanted to ensure I received them in time. That is a lie! The shipping and tracking information had these items come directly from some random village in china to my house. I Paid for and was guaranteed 3-5 day from time of purchase to receipt, it took 2 weeks to get them through customs. And when I reached out to them and informed them of my disappointment with the cards, all their issues, and would like for them to be remade. They told me, amd this is taken directly from the email response by them, “ We are reaaly sorry for this inconvenience and completely understand how frustrating this must be. Since the item in your order is customized product, which are relatively expensive to handcraft, we have invested in manpower, material resources, and logistics costs. We would like to offer you a partial refund of $5” No remaking the cards, improving picture quality, making the pet card what I actually ordered, or even making the cards match what they advertise on their site as the finished product. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid them at all cost.

Timely and accurate
The order arrived in a timely fashion and the likeness to the photo submitted for the golf ball stamp was very accurate.
Perfect anniversary gift
The item arrived earlier than expected. It matches the description on the website. It is a surprise for my husband on our 40th anniversary. I am sure he will love it. The picture is good quality, so is the engraving of our names and date. I chose 2 songs, both sound great. The volume is high. Good value for money.

This is my second order in this website. First experience was excellent, I ordered socks and they were great and last years. Now I made my second order for socks and tried also t-shirt. For shirt I would prefer more breathable material, but I guess for printing on it`s not possible. But i didn`t receive a mockup so I didn't know how they will put my pictures on the shirt, I wasn`t happy with my result at first. But my biggest thank you for the team, who was really helpful and made changes as I wish and resolve my problem as quick as possible. Truly great service. If you order something just ask for mockup first and then everything will be great.

Issue with delivering my order to my apartment block. Vivian was so very helpful. Her communication was great and she followed up to make sure that I had received the package once it was marked as delivered. The shirt I ordered was great also. Would shop her again.

I enjoyed the Viewfinder as a child. It was great to be able to select from my photos and create lasting memories. This was purchased to give as a gift using special photos for a friend.
Pokemon card with wrong size and no pokemon card back
They send me a card that is a business card size rather than the normal pokemon card size. Since it is so small, I can't really read any word printed on it. Also the back of the card suppose to look like a pokemon card, but they just double print my image at the back. I choose to have something that look like a tcg card background but I didn't get that Order a digital copy of it but I never get the link to download the picture. At this point I don't even care anymore

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. I never received my order and the USPS tracking was finally updated saying the package was seized for counterfeit postage. It was sketchy all around and I had to dispute it with my credit card.

The perfect product! My son is a high school runner and I bought these to run with him in our final half marathon together. What a fun surprise expertly executed. I sent in his senior photo and the “head” was cut out just right. The socks are more than decorative though, the actually offer great compression as well - just what you need on those long runs. They are light weight and breathable enough for short runs too. Turnaround time was fast and no issues with delivery. Highly recommend!
