Prompt responses and resolution when our initial package wasn't delivered (courier delivered to wrong address I'm assuming). The team organised a replacement and snet it out asap. Thank you - it was a Fathers Day gift well received.
Vivian made my experience flawless after an address was entered incorrectly for the order. She stepped up and immediately resolved the issue. I can now look forward to having this awesome gift to give a loved one on their birthday, courtesy of Vivian and her hard work.
The delivery timing was reasonably quick, quality of the delivery was well and the product came out great!
Order was placed September 6th with 6-8 day shipping its now the 25th without the order. Paid over $15 for the shipping and they cant even pay the postage for it to be delivered or on time. Highly recommend using another company and they won't reimburse you for it. So had to dispute with bank to get my money back will never use this company again. Update: 9/26/25 now to top it off I got an update from the post office and they tried to use counterfeit postage and now they have confiscated the package 10000% do not use this company!!!!!!

I never write reviews but this order was just too bad to let slide. The bucket hats I ordered were supposed to be white, but look pink (probably from the printing process). Additionally, the second hat is at least an inch smaller than the first, when they were supposed to be the same size. They are unusable for the event for which we hoped to have them. I will never order from this site again.
