Spoke with plushie Dreadfuls as my account was compromised and wanted assistance in recovering it they were no help I will not be buying from them future wise especially knowing so many people including myself my child that have different abilities. Date put down is an estimate. Than plushie dreadfuls continues to backtrack on their support. Extremely disappointed in this company.

Hi there,
As discussed during our support conversation, we found no evidence that your account or payment information was compromised through Plushie Dreadfuls. We also requested additional information regarding the issue but you did not provide supporting evidence in any way linking it to our store.
Because of this, the 1-star review does not truthfully reflect the situation, and we kindly ask that you remove your inaccurate telling of the events.
Thank you.
The stuffed animal is amazing the quality is top tier and it's so soft unfortunately there was an issue with delivery not the companys fault it was on time tho but customer service was very helpful during the issue

My order showed up on time and everything came in good condition
The plushies are really cute and exactly like on the pics. The quality is extremely good, the plushies don't feel cheap to the touch whatsoever! The shipping was fast and delivered the day it said it would arrive. One of my rabbits had a hole in its forehead when it arrived. I contacted the support. They reacted almost immediately and were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely buy there again!

Unique plushies
Unique plushies, surprisingly fast shipping, and I always get lots of extras (like pens, stickers, patches) in my orders! Will 100% buy from again and am hoping for lots of Alice bun variants!

Great quality in every aspect from the products to the community! And when the were issues they were instantly fixed so there was no stress needed. I love everything and I would trust and buy from then again within a heartbeat 😚
I have been shopping with mysterious for plushie dreadfuls for quite some time now, their plushies are of a very high quality and i am ashamed its taken me so long to leave a trust pilot review as i have been reviewing their products on youtube since my very first purchase and every purchase since. Over this period of time and out of at least 50+ plushies/products received i have only had 2 issues with products and both times they were resolved quickly and without any fuss, i simply sent pics of the problem and they acted promptly to rectify the issue. The first problem i had, an accessory was missing from an anxiety bunny which they promptly sent the missing worry bun and the other issue was a magnet didnt work on my fawn response bunny for which they replaced the bunny entirely and allowed me to keep the defective one rather than asking me to return it. Deliveries arrive to the uk in about 2 weeks after placing my orders, and i usually receive a free pen. Thank you very much PD’s

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. I ADORE my Bullied into Silence plush aswell as my Toto. My partner has claimed the plush we got in my lucky bag. The Lion and Dragon. My partner is usually very pick and not usually a big fan of plushies and even he wanted one.
The shipping process was smooth and I could track the order all the way nearly to my door.

I have ordered several plushies and they are all so great! Very soft and come with cute bags! I sleep with my Anxiety bunny every night. Even my boyfriend will look for it for me! ❤️
This company has singled handely gave representation to mental and physical disorders and disabilities, in a way no other company has. Sure there was some controversey around the owner, but the plushies i own help me feel seen and represented more accurately than ever, it is pricey but for good reason, i admire the work they do and love to see them thrive

Just received my PLUSHIE DREADFUL of symbol of my condition and I absolutely luv it it's so adorable and supersoft, will definitely be buying another. It came in a cute little bag the same style as the PLUSHIE and a cute little pen. They do a wide range of PLUSHIE's and key chains, pens etc symbolising many different conditions and they are all truly beautiful 😍
My experience has been nothing but wonderful, I love all the bunnys I've gotten and I love that there is so much support and representation for people who go through different life struggles. These have been a true light in my dark when I've felt all hope is gone and like giving up these buns have helped, holding one breaks the thoughts. They help heal.
Thank you for all you do ❤️
It was all well packaged and came in perfectly and on time! All you can ask for really
