I ordered the fawn response rabbit, and it was a bit of a gamble because I had never ordered a plushie dreadful before. Just seen them around on the internet. It arrived a view days ago, and honestly I have absolutely fallen in love with her. She's very precious and she has brought me a lot of comfort as I'm going through a bit of a tough time right now. She's very soft, a very high quality plushie. Worth the price I paid in my opinion. It feels really good to be so satisfied with a purchase and I'm already considering ordering again in the future. She comes with me everywhere. I also received a free gift for ordering during the holidays, which was really sweet too.
Quick shipping, quality, unique products, SO soft, so much nicer than anything else available at a similar price. Mysterious is my very FAVORITE for stuffies!
Honestly have yet to have a bad experience with this all the products are very well made and despite the distance and time it may take to get some of the newer products I've never had issues with it and no hang ups with customs from imports or anything of that nature. Plus I absolutely have a fan of the Creator behind this as well!
Sent the wrong Plushie. What was suppose to be my daughter's gift from Santa, turned into my worst Christmas disaster ever. One of two things she asked Santa for. I ordered the Cancer zodiac Plushie, only to receive the Capricorn zodiac Plushie. Everything on the package said Cancer, so I kept in original packaging until Christmas Eve night to put out from Santa, only to discover they sent the wrong one!!!! I will change my review when said mistake is made right. Shipping to the US isn't cheap. Not to happy with my 1st order from this company.

Plushie Dreadfuls - great customer service & products.
I have bought many plushies from PLUSHIE DREADFULS and am very pleased with all of them.
Quality is fantastic, as is their customer service.
I love the ethos of the company aswell.
Shipping was fast. The Shrabbit is super nice. The mystery bag of suck was not super great in my opinion because the stuff in it was so not what I was expecting. All and all very good experience as always.
Customer service is also nice to talk too.
This company makes those invisible things that haunt me not feel so haunting anymore. I have so many bunnies and so many times I've felt a way I cannot speak but I have a bunny to hold to represent myself in that moment and take whatever I need away.
The details are amazingand the craftsmanship is beautiful. I did haveone bunny comewith a defect. I was contacted backthe same day and had a replacement bunny sent SO quick! Thank you Martin for that! Your customer service is impeccable!
