I received a reminder email about your sale so I ordered products but I did not get the sale prices your customer service person was not nice via email and said the sale prices had expired the day before. I tried to explain and told I just received the email but she or he just refused again via email and just said the exact same thing. I am a loyal Vitabath customer and have been one since you were in our retail stores in Pennsylvania which was many years ago. My daughter and daughter in law are fans also. But I am rethinking because of your customer service!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’ve reviewed the details of your recent order and the related promotional emails. Our records show that the promotional email was first sent on July 14, followed by a “Last Chance” email on July 18 notifying customers that the sale would end on July 19 at 11:59 p.m. No promotional emails were sent on July 20. The “Last Chance” email you opened on the evening of July 20 was the one originally sent on July 18. Your order was placed later that same evening, after the sale had ended. I’m sorry the discount was not applied. Because the promotion had already expired, we are unable to honor the sale pricing after the stated end date. Automatic discounts are applied only during the active promotional period and are removed once the sale concludes. We do occasionally make exceptions in limited circumstances (for example, if an item is out of stock or if a customer contacted us for assistance before the sale ended and we were unable to respond in time). In this case, the order was placed after the promotion had closed, so we are unable to adjust the pricing. Our customer service team previously explained the reason the discount could not be applied. Going forward, promotional dates are clearly noted on our homepage banner and in all related emails. We encourage you to place future orders during the active promotional windows so we can ensure the discount is applied at checkout. We appreciate your business and hope this clarifies the situation. Ordering process was quick and painless. Shipping arrived very quickly. These are by far my favorite bubble baths. The best sudsy bubbles to soak in and the scents are pleasant and not overwhelming.

I've stopped using this for a few years to try a different soap; but I just had to have my Vitabath again1 It is a nice soap that feels so smooth and love the fragrance for relaxation! Glad I decided to come back to it.

Nothing went the way it was stated it would. You sent me some email saying you created me an account so you could retain my payment information. Your customer service is ineffective and apparently bitter and hateful because my order got canceled. Never got the product never will

LOVED THIS SCENT SINCE THE 1980’s!!
I have loved Vitabath Green since the 1980’s, when I visited my sister in Mississauga. We had gone downtown Toronto to shop and I was very tired at the end of the day. My sister suggested I try a bath with Vitabath Green! I fell in love with the scent! Relaxing, but energizing at the same time! I have always loved the scent, but couldn’t always find it in local shops. I decided to start ordering it on line and I can’t get over how many comments I get about the subtlety, but fresh scent. I can use it every day (and do!) without anyone complaining about “overbearing scents”, but I enjoy it personally and often get a whiff myself (or a compliment from a friend who gives me a hug😉). It’s such a fresh crisp scent, and I love it!!
