Developed in Europe by skin care specialists in 1957, this group of experts set out to create the first liquid shower gel to help eliminate the drying properties of bar soap. With a vision in mind, they created an innovative yet superior product that cleansed the skin and provided important skin conditioning benefits. This specialized formula contained a complex blend of vitamins, botanical extracts along with a very distinctive fragrance that was unlike any other personal care product available to consumers of the time. The ingredients left skin feeling nourished, healthy and not dry like traditional bar soap. This was the birth of Original Spring Green™ Moisturizing Bath & Shower Gelée and the beginning of Vitabath®.For 65 years we have expanded our line of product that pamper your body, mind and soul with only the quality that Vitabath® Luxury Bath and Body Products can provide. I wasn’t sure how I would like the Vitabath Essential Oil at first, but needless to say, it has become part of my nightly routine. I use it every evening to help promote a relaxing bedtime routine and better sleep. The scent is calming, and it helps me unwind after a busy day. I absolutely love this product and have already recommended it to several people. If you’re looking for a simple way to add a little relaxation to your evenings, I highly recommend giving it a try!
Thank you, Zandra! This is in reference to our Lavender Chamomile Bath & Body Oil and we're so happy you love it! This is such a great product for locking in moisture, but also a great way to enhance any bath with just a capful - it makes your skin feel so much better! All the best!

Love hearing this Melanie - thank you so much and enjoy!
Love Vitabath since introduced to it on a honeymoon trip in a boutique hotel near the Seine in 1967. Has been hard to get lately so having it available by mail order has been perfect. No trouble with placing order nor its delivery. Now order the biggest container and pour into smaller bottle when needed. Reduces plastic
Dear Judith - how amazing to hear this story, thank you for sharing that with us. We agree - order the large Gallon size at a value and refill smaller bottles for your shower! Thank you for the many years of use and we look forward to having you shop Vitabath again in the future!
