I have been working with Zambeel from past year, and it has been a great experience, especially when it comes to the UAE market.
They have always been very supportive throughout the order confirmation process, particularly by making calls and sending messages to my customers. This is something I have not seen with other dropshipping platforms operating in the Gulf.
I am also very satisfied with their payment cycle, as the payments have always been made on time without any delays.

I noticed you didn't replied to Muhammad Haris's comment on Jan 10, 2026, may I ask why.?
Based on the reviews I read of course it's justified of me to not fully trust Zambeel, because negative reviews can be fake as an attempt by their rivals/competetiors to ruin their name at the same time positive reviews can also be fake to pump their positive review rate or volume. So I decided to test myself, I will buy their gold plan and check for myself for 1 month and after that I will share my honest feedback here.

However, we always try our best to connect with customers who leave negative feedback, understand their concerns, and resolve the issue. At times, we do reach out for account details but receive no response, which makes it difficult for us to investigate the matter further.
We’ve also noticed that customers are generally much more likely to share their experience publicly when they face an issue, while satisfied customers often don’t leave a review even after being requested to do so multiple times. I want to work with the Zambeel people, but everyone in my surroundings is telling me not to, saying they are scammers. They also say that the reviews on Trustpilot are few and fake. So kindly, can someone legitimate come and tell me whether they are trusted or not? My friend also says they take the money and run away, and you never get it back. Is this true?
