Download almost everthing.
The Video downloader downloads almost everything including from very secured website. You usually succeed going through the embedded "private" navigator when pasting the URL is not enough for stubborn websites. I have other downloaders but the one from NablaMind succeeds more often. Tech support was prompt and responsive.

This app is great
This app is great! I have been using it since Black Friday 2024 and I have been able to download any video I needed from different platforms. It's fairly fast and doesn't slow down your computer while downloading. And the cherry of the pie: its awesome Customer Support! They reply to my request promptly and helped me resetting my app license when I moved from my old lap to a new one.

After following her instructions, everything worked perfectly! SurFast Video Downloader is very intuitive and fast. I’ve downloaded over 100 videos without any issue since then. Highly recommend this software and their great customer service. Thanks again to the team!

Super Logo is terrible
Super Logo is terrible, you cant write your own prompts, you cant edit or modify anything it gives you a poor selection of pre-canned ai generated logos, won't let you export as SVG, AI.. horrible application must of been built in the third world like Pakistan or India.
Reply from Nabla Mind2025-06-04
Hello, I am sorry for your experience. However, we did not claim that users can input promots directly. And you can export the generated logos in SVG, could you please try again? If the problem persists, please send us a screenshot and we will assist you. Our contact email is [email protected]. If you're still not satisfied, a refund is available — though we sincerely hope to resolve the issue through our support team first. Thank you for your feedback. We’re here to help.
Application window is not resizable
Application window is not resizable. This is a serious amateur move.
Reply from Nabla Mind2025-06-03
Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding the application window. I’m pleased to inform you that you can adjust the window and font size by navigating to Settings > Advanced Settings > UI Scale. Please let us know if this addresses your needs. We kindly ask you to consider updating your rating if you are satisfied with the downloading features. As a video downloader, we are dedicated to providing a good downloading experience. We have recently addressed the resizing issue you mentioned. As a startup, we operate with limited resources, and it wouldn’t be fair to judge our overall performance based on this UI aspect alone, especially when we offer a wide range of features at competitive pricing. Thank you for your understanding and support!
The SureFlex Screen Recorder package…
The SureFlex Screen Recorder package for the MAC works great, it is very configurable. Also, when I changed computers recently they were VERY prompt at insuring that they fixed my license so I could use it right away on my new Mac
This is the best video downloader app!
This is the best video downloader app I have ever used. So simple to use yet so powerful to download videos from all over the web. Just enter an url or drag and drop any video you want to download. Works with almost of the usual places you watch lots of videos. If you download lots of videos this is the best app for you!
