I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an order I placed on May 27th, which I have not received to date — over a week later and fake tracking information.

I love the fast delivery these glueless wigs makes you save time and money because dont need a professional to install its an effortless job. The hair is exactly what I expected. The only thing is the fastener for my pull string broke the 1st time Iput it on and had to use black rubber bands as fasteners.

Very excellent customer service would recommend this company to anyone and their hair and hair products. They fit my head perfectly, There is really not a whole lot of work you have to do to style their wigs. The perfect part of you really can’t tell that’s it’s a wig and that’s what everyone wants when they put on wigs.

Customer Support is amazing at Nadula! I have purchased a few units and I am obsessed! I am older (60) with a small head (20.5 inches) and their units not only fit, but remain secure all day, are very flattering and the pre-cut lace saves me LOTS of time. The quality of Nadula's units is un-matched! The colors are correct; the hair is always soft, easy to style and need very little maintenance. I highly recommend!!

This is the worst wig purchase I've…
This is the worst wig purchase I've ever made and I've been buying wigs for years. This Nadula wig cap is huge.. I've tightened is as much as possible and I have all this excess cap material bulk in the back and back sides, the hair will not hold curls and the material is very itchy. I refuse to go out wearing this wig. From the advertisements on facebook, I was so excited about this wig, and have done everything I know to try and make it look better. I am so disappointed with this purchase.

Very good communication, very honest about delivery time of shipment. Very professional as well as kind and willing to accommodate you for any inconvenience on sellers behalf. Overall I absolutely love the quality of hair. Units last a long time with care of course. However you can tell time and love is put into your wig. I appreciate doing business, and will continue to do business with Nadula Hair.
I’ve purchased a headband wig from this company on TikTok shop and the wig was awful. It shedded tangled and matted up in the back soooo bad. Do not purchase from this company
