I ordered the chrome set. I already have their dip kit. I’ve made about 4-5 orders. Each time I have been blown away with the quality of products, variety of colors, and the customer service, which is more and more scarce these days.
I just have to stick with it and keep practicing and improving. If you don’t mind going through the process of however long it takes you to get good at doing your own nails, it is so worth it!
Now, while not totally unprompted, they asked me to leave a review after their awesome survey-
I’m just a regular, deggular, shmegular woman. I did not receive any incentive to do this whatsoever. Not a brand ambassador, influencer or anything.

Nailboo has and is a great company to order from. The product are great quality and the colors are so much fun. There customer support team responds very quickly to answer and help with questions, I had one bottle of nail polish leak and it was correct shortly after I sent a email about that item and it was made so easy and you feel like you matter. This is why I gave five star rating. I’ll be order again when I need more supplies or a new color catches my eye

I only gave a 4 star because the nails don’t last very long without cracking or chipping with my job. Colors are amazing and I think they would last longer in a didn’t profession. I know they last longer when I have more days off but that’s not very often.

Nail dip has acrylic & Customer Service is amazing
I’m allergic to acrylic materials. The nail dip is made with an acrylic-related material. I found this out from Sharon in Customer Service. I asked a question on the “Contact Us” page after seeing that the information was not in the FAQS. It took a few days I received a response on a Saturday afternoon. She not only answered my question but also expressed concern that the nail dip may trigger my allergy. I will be looking to see if there are other products I could use . Thank you, Sharon, for being honest and for your concern for my safety!!!

The Gels & Powders are wonderful

Wonderful product however the base coat did dry up and locked up the top and could not open it to use it again but company was great and sent me out a new one right away

I received fantastic customer service. I had requested help with colors to go with my dress for my daughter's wedding. I was given 4 picks and the reason for each one. This is more help then I can express.

Hey boo! The Boo Club is an optional membership that can be added at checkout, which may have been selected during your purchase. That said, we’ve gone ahead and canceled your membership so you won’t be charged again. We’ve processed your refund, and the amount should be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
I received an email reminding me of a credit I had available for a purchase. Unfortunately, the code included in the email did not work when I tried to check out. I reached out to customer service via email to see if the credit could be applied to this purchase and the issue was never resolved. I did not receive a response in a timely manner.

There wasn't any warning about the burning chemical reaction
There wasn't any warning about the burning that could happen between the last 2 steps. That amount of time you have to wait before applying the final step is longer than indicated on instructions and is alarming. Its very painful, like fingernails are coming off. The color itself is nice once it was on. The removal process was a headache. It took longer than removing gel polish and just as damaging to the nails as gel polish. I am not happy with this product at all.
