ZERO CHANGE WITH THESE GUYS. I AM SO TIRED OF THE NONSTOP DRAMA. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY MAJOR INCREASE OF UPLOADS OR INSTALLATIONS OF ANY NEW PLUGINS, REMAIN THE SAME AS 5 MONTHS AGO WHEN THERE WERE ZERO ISSUES. IN FACT, THERE WERE MORE WEBSITES BEING HOSTED. Its bots. I don't know. I don't care anymore. I don't feel safe, and as I have lost thousands, I would not recommend. I am exhausted, and so I will not be renewing with them after just one year. I have NEVER, EVER been as disappointed as I am with a provider. And I have been using good brands and lower scored brands (ipage, for 7 years) and I never had the problems as I do here. I moved here swayed by the price and good scores, but I really shouldn't have. I was doing ok at the previous place of which I was with for 4 years. This provider has officially become the worse, and shortest provider I have used in almost 20 years. Not great. Done. I am done. I am sick and tired of the bull that's happening on Namehero. Absolute worse. I am working on moving things around.

This is (literally) the only company where I'm happy when I have to reach out to customer service. Don't get me wrong... I'm not thrilled when I have a tech issue on my site. (And, let me be clear, most of the time, it's not even Namehero's fault. Plugins and other things are usually at fault. I just don't know how to fix it on my own.) But, I know as soon as I contact them, my problem will be so much closer to being resolved. They respond to open tickets quicker than any company I have ever had to reach out to. They provide help, even when it's not their fault or problem to resolve. They're kind, pleasant and patient. And, they get me back up and running so quickly. So many companies seem to have deprioritized customer service training in recent years. For example, I've had problem after problem with a popular checkout and course platform. Things are always going wrong. Most of the issues are caused by the platform and can't be fixed by me. Their customer service makes excuses, pretends widespread global issues are "odd" one-offs and it takes MONTHS to resolve anything. I had honestly gotten to the point where I stopped reporting issues, even when it meant something wasn't operational, because dealing with them caused so much anxiety and rarely got me anywhere but frustrated. I lost a lot of money sitting around waiting for them to resolve things. I DREADED contacting them. I only bring this story up because it's such a contrast to what I've experienced with Namehero. I know they've got loads of other customers, but they actually act like I matter. I also know that my business is in good hands, with their hosting. I know the sooner I reach out to them, the sooner everything will be resolved and humming along again. I have been with them since 2020 and I have never regretted moving over to them. Honestly, I think the owner of Namehero should write a book on how to promote a culture of service in the age of anti-service. The customer service industry needs what Namehero already has.
