I was under the impression the Prebiotic Eleven would arrive in a cold pack to assure it was kept cold as per the directions. But as soon as I questioned you about this you reassured me the probiotics were able to be warm for 2 weeks. Thank you. I trust you. I have found Probiotic Eleven to help myself and my husband.

I love Nature's Sunshine Products
I love Nature's Sunshine Products. My ex-mil was a distributor, and she had her own shop in Alabama. Although she is no longer with us, she taught me all sorts of awesome things about herbs and vitamins and our body. It has been many years though since I was with her, but she planted the seed and I've come back home. Now I just have to study more and become a distributor too. The delivery was quick and the product I ordered arrived safe and sound. I started it 2 days ago and look forward to it kicking it. I will be ordering again.

wrong items, poor customer service
I received the wrong items. 6 bottles of an incorrect item and did not receive my 6 bottles of elderberry D3fense that I ordered. I tried online customer service on Saturday as it said available 24 hours a day, after 30 minutes it told me that I needed customer service during M-F business hours. Then I called Monday and was on the phone for 26 minutes. I was told I had to drive to the nearest UPS store (50 minutes) and drop off the incorrect bottles I was sent. It was not my mistake and I should not have been expected to do this on my time and gas, without compensation. After much discussion and really lack of apology, Ov told me he would call back with info for the items to be picked up from my house. He did not call back, however, a UPS driver showed up at my house this morning and asked for the package I was having picked up. Again, I had no idea as I was never called back or informed with the pick up time and info. It was a good thing that I was home and could get the items. I am still currently waiting to receive the 6 bottles of Elderberry D3fense that I paid for. This was my very first time ordering from the company and it may be my last.

This is not the level of service we want any customer—especially a first-time customer—to receive.
