Excellent 19” rack and flat pack delivery was perfect. Back plate can be left off if you need it open. Only issue is its s bit flexible since its bolted together and may flex a bit, so tighten bolts in the end real tight, once everything is square.
I ordered a standard part for a non-standard use. Web site was easy to navigate and identify the candidate products. I contacted support via telephone to make a final product selection. Associate was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional. Product was shipped and delivered very quickly, and price was reasonable. This hardware allows me to mount standard 19" rack devices to a 1-1/4" drum rack, and serves its purpose perfectly. Thanks!

Product and packaging was as expected. Shipping address didn't save the Suite # so client had to hunt down delivery in a multi tenant building and schlep it back down three floors to their ground floor suite, without a dolly. The racks are well made but could use some engineering improvements to access some of the assembly but locations inside the narrow C-Channel.
