Had the parts that I needed
Arrives damaged more often than not
I like the product, looks good and fictions as designed, but I’ve received two that were damaged in shipping, and a third that was built incorrectly (verticle support welded in the wrong spot). I was able to fix the shipping and assembly damage as I needed them for a job, otherwise I would have returned. Assembly errors happen, but I would consider utilizing a different shipper.

I can't comment that much about the company itself because I only ordered a rack mountable drawer online. But the product itself was excellent. It arrived in a timely manner with no damage. It is possible I may order additional products in the future.

Not impressed
Not impressed. I purchased a rack was waiting for shipment information. Then found I was going to be charged an extra $110 using an email that didn’t look very official. It’s not enough to have good products. You need good processes too. I will be buying a rack somewhere else do to the addition hidden charge. If it’s a nave point rack awesome. But I won’t buy it direct through you guys.

first off it took 8 days to ship, 2nd when I received the product I get shocked every time I turn it on and then it only lasts about 6 minutes. I will never recommend one of your other products.
