I only needed the replacement screws as I misplaced the ones that were sent. They treated me the same as if I was spending thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend them as there products are sturdy and easy to assemble.
The item's ordered arrived quickly and well packaged. Prices were good and items well made.
The doors on the 22U unit are *NOT* reversible as advertised. Technically you can flip the door, but the logo will then be upside down and it is etched in the glass, so its not just a sticker that you could peel off. Looks absolutely ridiculous and is a stupid design for as much as these cost.
Good products, got 2 cabinets from them. Customer service to find a part is hit or miss. In my case, it was a miss unfortunately. Refund process takes a long time. Item received by Navepoint a week ago and still waiting for the refund.

Really good product. Did not know it would come unassembled. Almost 3 hours to assemble for a veteran technician. I have never purchased a cabinet before that wasn't fully or nearly fully assembled. Live and learn. Would I purchase again? Possibly but not if I didn't have to time to assemble. The quality was VG+.

It’s a Great Wall mounted data rack. I ordered one and it was delivered two days later.
I bought two sets of rack mounts. One rack mount was great. I built it up. The other rack mount reached without a shelf. SKU: 00401888 It was out of stock, and the money was returned. I am not able to use the rack mount without the shelf. I asked the help desk when it would be available. However, I was not able to receive a good answer. It was "I am checking". I need to buy the shelf, otherwise, I need to return the rack mount.
