Promptly shipped. Well made save for two points: When loaded and swung open, it drags. I put in a washer as a spacer to alleviate the issue. The rack rails are rather thin compared to those in racks that are meant to travel, so you have to be careful when tightening the screws.

My only problem with the 12 unit. When it was installed and had all the equipment in I had problems putting the side panels into place. I had to lift the front of the cabinet up to make the panel locations square so I could get them in. Other than that I had do problems with the 12 u cabinate. Ray

The Rack-extension brackets I purchased from NavePoint were a well-designed, inexpensive and well-made solution to a big problem I had with a component rack that was too small for the upgrade server we purchased for a local government office. If I ever encounter this problem again, I know where to find the solution!
