Amazing tripod!
Had an amazing service from Neewer! I ordered the LT32 and its soo amazing to use, not only that the lock attached to camera is also compatible with other products like camera clip which means you don't need to remove it at all.

I have been a Godox user for so many…
I have been a Godox user for so many years and I have been satisfied with their photography products. However, about a month ago, and after watching a few videos on YouTube about the Neewer Q120, and the photographer showing the kind of light and the power it has, I was curious to try it. Long story short, I purchased 2 and 2 of the Q200, and I love both! Also, the price of these two units is very competitive!

One of my chargers got stuck in the light and the adapter piece broke off. Right out of the box. But their team replaced the entire light free of charge. Best customer service!

Bad V mount battery. Replacement issued.
I ordered a V mount battery and the V mount connection broke off during first use. They sent me a replacement so we shall see.
