Initial impressions are favorable! The selfie stick/lightweight tripod is exactly as i expected and hoped for. It is extremely lightweight yet extends as far as i want it to go; that is i am 6’2” and can use it standing up fir a phone. My only mild negative observation is that the magnetic attachment barely holds my phone on without the risk of falling. I have an strong case for my 17pro max so it is not an insignificant weight.

I have recently purchased the Strobe Flash Q120. I was very impressed with the color temperature, and the light power. I have been a Godox user for over 15 years, including Profoto. But after trying these lights (I purchased 2 and 2 strobes 200W.), I can honestly say, they are as good and in certain instances, better lights than Godox. And not only that, but the price is very affordable, that's a big plus for me. Also, I can't say enough great reviews about the customer service. I made a mistake, so I called the main office here in the USA, and the customer service lady was so professional and so helpful I was very satisfied!! I am continuing to make changes with certain products I've been using from Godox, but I am certain that I will end up making lots of changes especially at the price I got lately. Thank you for such great customer service, my issue was resolved immediately.

The product's design and structure is good, but their customer service is great. 4/5 stars simply because I used the product one time since I got it, and when ready to use again days later, the aluminum rod snapped on me, I was not driving at the moment fortunately. The main piece, the extended rod could be more durable, stern, and take a bit of abuse, I like to drive fast and I'm not talking 60mph, we're talking 100+ mph, I would hate for an incident to happen due to poor material, again, the build is great. Instead of glue and plastic, I would use steel and weld *hint*. Overall, they've immediately sent me a replacement piece with no questions, with 1 year warranty I believe and I remain satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

Second purchase from NEEWER, delivery on this one was slower than first, the product was exactly what I was looking for. Alt/Azimuth tripod mounting head with slow motion controls. Mounted on a Bogen 3051 tripod to accommodate 25X100 binoculars. Rock solid with very good slow motion control. This rig is used for astronomy, last night it worked great.

After posting my initial review, customer service reached out immediately and quickly sent a replacement unit. It arrived safely and just in time for my project deadline.While the support was excellent, I strongly recommend that Neewer stops using Amazon as a shipping service. The lack of protective outer packaging on the first shipment caused the damage. I am very impressed by their quick resolution, but fixing the courier issue will prevent this from happening to others.
