I wasn’t able to order a replacement for an out of stock item for a while, but when i was able to get around to it they were fast acting to help me get a replacement item.

Great support team

I screwed up an order that I made by getting a size too small. I contacted the support tean to get the right size almost immediately. Not only was it 11 o clock at night, but I got a response within 24 hours of my order. The lady from support also responded within an hour. Great products and even better team.

Great support team and customer service

There is nothing I would have to complain about. Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. However, I ordered a jacket that was too small. Contacting the support team was also quick and easy. I was surprised at how uncomplicated and accommodating the process was offered to me. Communication was quick and very customer friendly. Both the order and the subsequent support is excellent. Nevstudio is a jewel in today's service desert!
